Very modern room large, clean, big bed. Large shower. Lovely building, good location
54 stairs to apartment, no lift. Not clear enough at booking the breakfast is located at another property a good 10 mins walk away or the courier would leave it outside of the main front door ! States daily housekeeping - be careful. We didnt get it on 2nd day, contacted reception (another building) who said they dont always come as other guests havent always wanted it. They came on 3rd day but only basic , left towels not made bed or cleaned through. Didnt come on day 4 messaged again and they apologised said they would come but it was nearly 3 in afternoon and too late going next day if you want daily housekeeping as advertised make sure you ask for it

Good location , clean & nice & quiet premisses
When we arrived, the room was prepared for one person- the pillowcase, douvet and towels for the second person were not provided even though the room was booked for 2. We tried to call reception, but no one responded the call, so we had to go go to reception by ourselves. The next disappointment was to discover that there was no water at all in shower. We didnt have time to go again by ourselves to reception, so we didnt bother them and left quite frustrated.

everything is very good. clean, warm room, the room has all the kitchen utensils, there was a problem due to my misunderstanding of turning on the TV, the technician fixed it very quickly, quiet area in the old part of the city. If I'm in Krakow again I'll stay there. I recommend it

The helpful staff, the location, and a superb apartment complete with laundry and kitchen facilities made our three-day visit to Krakow perfect, and it was all at a great price. We recommend Z14 Boutique Residence to anyone requiring a clean, comfortable and affordable stay in this beautiful city.
You would be hard-pressed to find fault with this accommodation. We couldn't find any.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet tree lined street about a 5 min walk from the main square. Convenience store 2mins away. Train station less than a 15 min walk. Balcony attached to master bedroom was an added bonus! Beds exceptionally comfortable. Re toiletries - lovely hand-wash and moisturiser provided by bathroom sink. Shampoo dispenser in shower (no conditioner). Washing up liquid in kitchen as well.
Maybe conditioner and bodywash could be in shower? But I'm being really picky there!

The location is perfect! Roomy apartment, well equipped
Not so good maintaned bathroom - door was hard to open, hairdryer switches off after 2 minutes. Breakfast is pricy for it's content. There are better and cheaper options outside.

Everything was lovely and it was super clean.
75 steps to reach our room (21 ) is was ok for us but if anyone booked with disabilities they would have struggled. My husband has asthma and he had to stop a few times getting up the steps
