Wonderful
The parking in the inner yard is great, the yard gates are closed during the night, makes it safe. It is a nice 30 min walk from the old town. The flat is clean and cosy, has all the necessities that one may need during a short or even a longer stay. There are many small shops for groceries around. The coffee machine is a great bonus!
The radiator in the bathroom did not work and the stove is slow to cook on (induction would be much better), the frying pan needs to be replaced (the bump on the bottom makes it tricky to cook as the heat does not reach all the surface even when holding it right). The internet is slow, but when using our own mobile data - no trouble at all.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was spacious and looked almost new. There was even a coffee machine and some capsules. AC was working very well. WiFi was fast and there was additional TV service.
Host was easy to communicate. Instructions regarding getting into apartment were clear.

Great place to stay if you are traveling with kids and by car. Plenty of parking around the building. The room had a rather big kitchen, with dishwasher. Also there was a washing machine. Easy no-person check in procedure. There is an elevator, so helpful for strollers and luggage

Building is pretty modern, apartments are clean. Good location if you do not mind to travel 3 stops by tram to the old town. (Or walking 25-30 minutes)
I have ordered a room with double bed....we have got two single bed. Honestly I am disappointed because of this. It was and important aspect of my booking.
Furthermore one recommendation to keep knife sharpener in the kitchen. The blade of the knife is not really sharp.

Apparently, kids under 4 years are not entitled to towel and linens in this apartment.
There is an extra charge for this, per day (!). It is not described anywhere in property description, but somehow it assumed that our 3 yo should sleep in the double bed (which is not even a double bed, but two single beds combined), and not take a bath.
