Decking on balcony was faulty with several trip hazards which caused fall resulting in hospital stay. Hotel not the least bit interested or concerned as we lost 3 days holiday.

The apartment is very well decorated and the location is great.
I asked for two single beds and they said it would not be a problem. When we arrived they said that the 2 single beds apartment were already being used by other people and offered us a extra sofa bed in our room and everything was fine at the end.

Great staff, especially the guy who checked us out on 8.09.2023 in the morning. Very polite and professional. Bed in the room wasn't great as instead of having a double or king mattress, we had 2 mattresses pushed together with a big dip in the middle of it. Bed in the room we have been moved to was much more comfortable.
Air conditioning stopped working on the 3rd day of our stay.

5 minute walk to the main square, 4 minute walk to Wawel Castle. There was a shop right underneath which was great for drinks/foods.

The location was great, a walk from all the major sightseeing attractions. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the heated floors in the shower. The shower itself was great too. The staff was really kind.
It wasn't as clean as I would like it to be. Especially the bathroom and the floor. The windows were quite messy too. And there is no smart TV to watch Netflix etc. The TV also doesn't have normal TV, just German news TV which I could not understand.

Pleasant
Very good location, right next to the river and round the corner from the castle. The main square is a 10 minute walk away and is a pleasant one at that. Hotel itself looks nice and clean, staff are always willing to help with any booking etc you need or want.
The beds weren't the comfiest and constantly felt like you were lying on a mattress that curved outwards in the middle, it was strange. The walls felt paper thin as well, we could constantly hear the people in the next room dragging chairs along the wooden floors which would echo through our room at all hours of the morning leading to very little sleep.

the hotel is within walking distance from the city center, the room has everything you need even for a long stay, the room was spacious and clean, the room was cleaned, there were only positive emotions
