Room was in a good location, only 10 minutes walk from the main square and many of the attractions.
Television didn't work. It also would have been nice to have had some chairs on the terrace.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was reserved for a couple but 2 twin mattress on a queen bed. Very uncomfortable.
And the parking is an issue there.

The location is ideal, close to cafes, restaurants, bars. The area is very nice to walk around. Old Town is a 5 min walk. The room was very clean and modern, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is very strong with lots of hot water. The facilities are very nice here.
Unfortunately the apartment is not sound proof. Noise can be heard from the next door apartment constantly, including TV's, radio, talking, laughing ect. You have to rely on the rules about the quiet times, but there was constant chatter next door to us, loud TV's, and a radio playing dance music at night. We could also hear the cleaning staff in the morning time, starting from 08.00am onwards. The apartment walls are far too thin. This issue would need to be fixed with better soundproofing to upgrade the value of the property in terms of the overall comfort and value for money. One more minor complaint was the TVs. They were very slow and the TVs in the bedrooms were not smart TVs. It would have been nice to get smart Apps for night time. All that was available was 4-5 non-English speaking channels in German, Astrain, and Polish. So watching TV in the bedrooms was out.

Location is good.
The room is considered to be of a higher class, but it is actually very poor. The furniture is low quality and cheap. The sofa is broken and does not unfold. The back of the sofa is propped against the wall so that it would not fall over. The walls are scuffed and dirty, the ceiling is water-damaged and dirty. The blinds on the skylights are broken and cannot be fully closed.
The bed is uncomfortable, narrow, very soft, and squeaks; every movement of a partner is transferred, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. There are two lamps next to the bed, but the switch for one of them is behind the headboard, so that lamp is essentially unusable.
The sound insulation between rooms is very poor — we could hear every word spoken by the neighbors behind the wall.
The air conditionier was the worst. Even when turned off, the air conditioner in the bedroom made a buzzing noise every 10–15 minutes; in the middle of the night we could no longer tolerate it and unplugged it from the power supply, which made the room cold at night. We had to compromise silence over warmth.
The windows are small and of poor quality, allowing noise and cold to pass through. An icy draft was blowing in through the bottom of the windows.
The price is completely inadequate for such neglected “apartments” of this quality.

Location and last minute availability.
I wasn't expecting anything incredible,but the room has tape holding down door thresholds, and corner skirtings. The room clearly needed work.
Lift call button on floor didn't work so had to decend by stairs 1 floor to get a lift.
Both times interacting with friendly staff involved waiting for staff to turn up, yes they leave a sign but doesn't help when the room and lift have issues, gives an impression of it being very lax on standards.

Its a bit dated. There are other places in Krakow that Ive stayed for half the price and modern. This room is realistically worth half the advertised daily rate.

The location is good, the staff is super nice, professional and helpful. However, these are not the most essential, because you stay in the room and the room had some issues.
The kitchen is well equipped for 2 people
We requested two separate bedsand got a confirmation from the hotel, but when we checked jn, the bed was made as one consisting of two narrow twins. I understand it was an honest mistake by the cleaning person but it was late in the evening and we had to separate them. The front desk attendant was very nice, apologized and she brought two sets of bed linen for the separate beds, and helped us to separate and remake them.
Once we took the original sheets off, there was hair on the mattress cover. It was also on the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom sink wasn't cleaned to the proper standard, either. It had some crumbs and hairs.
The next day the manager sent us a box of Raffaello candy as an apology, which didn't feel like an adequate response.
The beds were very narrow and quite uncomfortable. They weren't flat and felt like they were sloping, so every time I tried to turn, I felt like I was falling off and woke up. We had rather poor sleep quality. They also had a hard ridge which made it uncomfortable to sit in the edge.
The pans and pots were placed very high up, we barely got one pot and decided not to climb to get the pan, as there was no stepstool.

We recently stayed at this apartment for four nights and overall found it to be clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom worked well, which was appreciated during the warmer days. However, the AC unit in the bedroom made a loud noise every 10–15 minutes, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The location was very central, walkable to the old town and main attractions.
The washer in the unit was a nice convenience, though we noticed the soap dispenser was empty upon arrival and had to request more, which was a small inconvenience.
The biggest issue during our stay was a lack of communication regarding housekeeping and fees. We were given only one bath towel per guest for a four-night stay, which felt insufficient—especially for two women. We had the “do not disturb” sign on for the first two nights, but after the third night, we requested housekeeping to get fresh towels. We returned to find that the trash had been emptied and the sofa bed was made, but the main bed wasn’t touched and no towels were replaced.
When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that fresh towels require a “deep cleaning” fee of 80 PLN (about $23 USD). This fee had not been disclosed at check-in, and we never would have requested new towels had we known. After expressing our frustration, the staff did eventually bring fresh towels at no charge, which we appreciated—but the situation shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
We understand if the property wants to charge for certain services, but those fees need to be clearly communicated upfront. It’s also misleading to provide a “please clean my room” door sign when that service only includes basic trash removal and doesn’t actually include changing towels or bedding.
If not for the housekeeping issue, we would have had an overall pleasant stay. The apartment itself is well-maintained and comfortable, but the management needs to improve transparency and guest communication to match the quality of the accommodations.
