One of the best stays I've had in Krakow (go there often). The location is superb, just minutes from the train station in one direction and from the Rynek in the other (and across from the beautiful Planty Park...so nice views from my windows too)!
My room was lovely, clean, inviting, and comfortable. Excellent fast wifi and very quiet too! The breakfast was also quite good (served in the adjoining hotel and with many choices). One of the best parts was the connection to the hotel through a garden. The garden was also quite lovely to sit and relax in after a long day exploring. I loved the decor of both the aparthotel and the hotel...classic and very much brought to mind "old" Poland. Beautiful ceilings and glass!
I absolutely loved the staff, too! All were friendly and polite and more than willing to help. They stored my luggage before check-in and were never too busy to exchange a few pleasantries. Special kudos to the young woman at breakfast service who showed me the way to the garden so that I could enjoy my coffee outside.
Love it here and plan to stay again (sorry I couldn't stay longer this time)!

Very spacious room, with a decent desk and power sockets. Good WiFi. Overall great location in the city center.
You need to clearly communicate parking lot limitations. It was puzzling that it's paid, but can't reserve it and I couldn't get straight answer until I arrived. Just say that the entrance is very narrow and not every car will fit.

Breakfast was amazing with a big choice. We had a nice view on an inner grassy courtyard with flowers. The room was really clean and very quiet.
There was no elevator and this had not been mentioned at all on your site. We were given a room on the first floor since we mentioned we had difficulties walking. The staff in any case was very kind and helpful.

A flair of old aristocratic Poland which I like a lot. Clean and simple with excellent centra location. Be aware: the concierge is in a next door building (there are signs)

Nice classic hotel, right in the heart of downtown, 5 minutes walking from the train station. It belongs to the neighboring Polonia Hotel on the corner, you can check-in at the reception of Polonia Hotel, so start there! Breakfast is also inside Polonia Hotel, so you have to walk over. Breakfast is very rich and fresh, for me this was the highlight here. Clean room, fast wifi.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for three of us. I stayed here with my family for a week, and everything was just perfect. The hotel’s location is excellent within walking distance of the shopping mall, bus and train stations, and many of the main attractions.
The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues may find this a bit difficult.

Great location for both the city center and the main train station. The room was beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.
There is no elevator. We did not view this as a big problem, but it could be for some travelers.
