Wonderful
Clean, comfortable room, high ceiling: building has character. Our room over-looked a small hotel garden. Perfect location between Krakow Glowny and Stare Miasto, with tram stop immediately across the street from our entrance. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again and happy to recommend.
Location of main office was a little confusing. Hotel is combined with Hotel Polonia but there was a message on our entrance directing us to the hotel lobby.

Wonderful old apartment with a very comfortable bed, great hot water, high ceiling, incredibly efficient air conditioner (paid a very reasonable price extra for it). Old town is right across the street and is very accesible.
We arrived the night that an estimated 50 thousand soccer fans filled old town in celebration. The traffic was a nightmare and there was no parking anywhere. We were unable to get to the hotel because of the police blockade to even find out where the parking for the hotel was located. No instructions were given prior to check in about accessing parking at a very busy intersection full of cars, trams and buses. That would have been very helpful.
All to say, I would think twice about reserving a room near old town if there is an event going on in old town unless you can arrive early in the day and grab a parking place.

Since we are in our 70's I might have not like hauling luggage upstairs. But we were in room 10 which was perfect.

Excellent location, just outside the old city walls. Very convenient to reach the old city. Close to the main train station and with numerous tram lines passing just outside of the hotel. Good breakfast buffet provided by the (next door) Hotel Polonia, to which these apartments belong. Note that there is no lift in the building with the apartments, and climbing 3 floors to reach your room can be challenging after walking in the city for the day.
They should install a lift in the building with the apartments.

The location was great; the room had all the basic necessities. The breakfast was nice & had all you need, but if you come closer to 9:20 or so, the selection drops quite a bit.
The staff was friendly.
The Wi-Fi in the aparthotel does not work properly (connects without internet). Asked the staff to check it; they did, and it worked for a while. After a few hours, the same issue. Had to do some work calls via hotspot. A more solid solution for the Wi-Fi issue would be good. There is an apart-hotel-VIP Wi-Fi, which was not shared with us.

Good location (very near to main train station and trams), decent and clean room.
This doesn't affect us but if you're a light sleeper you might not like being so closed to the trams / main street.

Very close to old city, close to the train station - 15 min by legs on arrival, 2 minutes to the bus stop to airport.
Very rich breakfast, a room was clean and everything according to descriptrion.
There was a tram stop exactly under the windows to both directions. And we heard it at night even from our very high second floor. May be it was possiblew to ask a room that looks to the yard, but we didn't think about it in advance.

Super beautiful hotel in a very central location which is few hundreds meters from all the main Christmas markets and squares. We did enjoy the stay here as they also provide a secured parking lot for an extra fee. The entrance to the parking is very narrow, but Zigmund from the staff is such a nice person, he escorted us through the narrow entrance until I parked the car and later showed us the room. It already gave us a welcoming feeling there.
Worth to mention the level of breakfast, it is very various and rich, we did enjoy it.

Very spacious room, with a decent desk and power sockets. Good WiFi. Overall great location in the city center.
You need to clearly communicate parking lot limitations. It was puzzling that it's paid, but can't reserve it and I couldn't get straight answer until I arrived. Just say that the entrance is very narrow and not every car will fit.
