The apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes away from the old town! Very clean, and provides you with anything you’ll need in your visit in krakow! The communication with the owner is great, and very helpful!

Friendly and kind staff, close to the old square.
As it is not a hotel, the breakfast is served at the nearby restaurant (not buffet, it takes some time), and there is no separate luggage storage service after check-out.
The building has no elevator (it's on the 2nd floor).

Fantastic location, it makes visiting the city so easy. the host was also very friendly and helpful.
The towels and pillows can be larger and of higher quality, which will make a huge difference in comfort and make this apartment as close to perfect as possible! It was confusing at first to locate the place, so a sign would be more helpful.

Łukasz was the perfect host. Everything was as expected and he collected us upon arrival at the airport for an easy transfer to the apartment.
Entering the apartment, he came with us to show us everything - which keys were for which, where everything was etc. and invited us to contact him on WhatsApp if we needed anything else during our stay.
As soon as we did, he responded and sorted out what was a very minor issue.
The apartment was in a superb location, taking us 3-4 minutes to walk into Krakow's main square and meant we avoided having to pay for any additional transport.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

The location was great. Lukas was always contactable and helpful. Prompt attention to broken toilet seat by previous tenants.
The bed was uncomfortable and pushed up against one wall so made getting in and out difficult. Also the sheet was not big enough for the bed and after getting a second sheet it still didn’t really fit. Some ventilation in the bathroom would also be good. Not really a kitchenette.

Spacious, clean, lovely sized beds, small kitchenette type area.
Wi-Fi was out. Not the landlords fault but was an inconvenience.
