Beautiful building, great location, comfortable rooms and amenities. Some rooms do not have access to an elevator so if you have any mobility needs I would advise consulting with the staff before booking. Staff were extremely helpful.

Great location. Clean and well kitted out. Breakfast was delivered to the room and delicious.
Our apartment was on the fifth floor. The elevator didn’t work for 2 of the 5 days we were there so it meant going up and down 5 flights including with suitcases. We didn’t have heat for two days. It’s cold in Krakow in December.

Quaint & historical. We were on the 5th floor of a walkup, so lots of exercise going up and down. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. You are literally in the heart of the historic old town, but off the noise of the main square.

Location and location only.
The room was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It was extremely dark, with the only window half-blocked by two single beds pushed together (despite the listing promising a double bed). The kitchen had no window at all, making it feel even more closed-in and gloomy. To make things worse, the wardrobe was oddly placed in the kitchen, a very strange and impractical setup.
The bathroom was tiny to the point of being barely usable. The entire apartment felt very old, dated, and poorly maintained more like a neglected student dorm than a comfortable rental.
TL;DR: The pictures are completely misleading they only show bright, well-decorated rooms that don’t reflect the reality. Very deceptive listing. Would not recommend.

Perfect location in the center of the Old Town. I contacted the property beforehand and asked where we could leave our car. They answered right away with two parking options just outside of the Old Town. We parked, paid right away for two nights and walked 6 min to the apartment. Very easy. I also read that there are no elevators and I asked for a lower floor apartment because of my mother‘s age (84) and they could accommodate us (but they didn’t promise). The apartment itself is in an old building but very clean, spacious, and no outside noise whatsoever. We were in the B complex and everything worked perfectly. Staff was very nice as well. Great value for your money. And we loved the two cafes just outside. As long as you know what to expect it‘s perfect.

The location could not have been any better, 2 minute walk to the main square. Bakery, cafe, cocktail bar and supermarket all at the entrance.
The building itself was very traditional and we loved it. The bathrooms were modern and clean.
4 bedroom apartment was huge with everything you could need.
one of the bathrooms only had a shower head over the bath, but it wasn't a big concern
