Very Poor
The location is great, right next to the old town, with several trams very close.
The showers were clean every time I had one (between 6pm and 9pm).
These are the only positive things about this place, and you'll see that the negatives far outweigh them.
I would never recommend to anyone to stay at this horrible place.
This is going to be a long one, but long story short : This place is very dirty, the people staying here are extremely disrespectful, and I felt unsafe.
When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, and I never saw anyone there during my three days stay. An employee came and showed me my room, a guy was sleeping in the bed under mine with a bottle of vodka and a plate of pasta in his bed. That didn't seem to bother her. She gave me a locker. I think I could have broken the lock with my hands if I had wanted, my things didn't feel safe.
I went to the toilets, which had just been cleaned, and headed out. When I came back at around 6pm, the guy was still sleeping, now with his pants down et butt out. He had put his jacket on the ladder and all of things and food right under it, so I had to move all of his stuff to access my bed. I had a shower, some 40 years old men look at me weirdly when I went back to the room, I didn't feel safe. I headed out again, and when I came back, the guy under my bed put his things back to where they were before. I told him not do that so that I could access my bed, it didn't seem obvious to him.
The kitchen was extremely dirty. People left their dirty dishes everywhere, the fridge had probably never been cleaned, the floor was full of crumbs, even the tables were dirty. I had to clean everything I was about to use, and I didn't cook because I was so grossed out.
The following morning, I went to the toilets, which were splattered in vomit. This would be the case every morning afterwards.
The first and second nights went ok, appart from the occasional nuisance that is bound to happen in this kind of room, so no problem. When I went to pee during the night, there was a person sleeping on a couch, who seemingly wasn't a customer. Again, very reassuring given that there were no locks to the room doors.
The beds are very uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, full of good restaurants, bars and cafs nearby, and a tram station. The price is fair
Not a very comfortable place- it's on the attic, so you have to climb 3 floors, and at the first floor they keep their trash bins so the staircase stinks. The room itself is small and not furnitured very well conveniently, and there's a big roof window which is widely open which keeps the room very cold and with direct sunlight on your bed so it's very hard to stay asleep after 7am. The shower room is tiny. The entrance to the hostel itself is also not convenient, because they keep the gate closed after dark so you have to open the gate with a rusted chain and a stinky lock. The bed itself is also not the best for your back- it looks like a sofa bed that is combined of two small parts so the middle of the bed is kind of split.

The location is nice , right next to bus stops
- There was no reception at all, not able to check in or out or ask for anything, the reception will show up randomly, only saw him once during the entire stay and its because one of the guest called him to come
- the wifi does not work
- the outlet on both of the top bunk did not work
- the place is not well maintained, only 2 showers and bathroom for the entire place, very hard to get a turn to use them. One of the guest puked all over the sink, it was dried and still not cleaned at 11 am

Wonderful
The apartment was clean, comfortable and tidy. We had the equipment, that was listed below the room information.
It is right next to the road, so it was hard to fall asleep as the trams were noisy. Also it was cold at night even though we got an extra heater.

Exceptional
Really nice hostel. Large easy to use lockers, decent beds and good bathrooms. Also I checked in quite late (23:00) without any issues.
Honestly I didn't have any issues.

The location is perfect! You are super close to the Krakow Center but I don't like the room, is super small for 10 beds but if you only want to sleep is okay.
WIFI, i don't know if I was using another WIFI but the internet didn't load anything.

Poor
The toilets were clean
Plug sockets on each bed
Location
Staff difficult to find and unapproachable
The dorm room is next to the kitchen and people talk all night in there
Only the bottom bunks have privacy curtains
People can turn the shower light off while you are in there - usually happens once youve stopped the shower and are re dressing as they cant hear the noise so think its empty

Disappointing
Location is great
I booked for 2 nights & wanted to leave right away but Ieft after one night. The mattress was comfortable but the bedframe was not firm. The men who slept on my top bunk bed was playing music & the others were talking on phone or to each other past 2 am. His movement on my top bunk bed made the bed shake so I couldn't sleep much.
The wifi is slow.
