Wonderful
It’s our second time staying in this hotel. We stayed here for a week and spent Christmas and New Year’s Eve. We like it there so much we actually extended our stay. Staff members at reception are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the room on the 11th floor with a nice view. Room was clean and with nice bright decor. There was a kettle in the room and good channels selection including Canal + We arrived on the 24th December and we found Christmas festive food waiting for us in our room which we found really thoughtful and considered a nice gesture. We love this hotel and we will return there again.

Hotel room was really clean and bed was very comfy. Temperature in the room was ideal. We had good channels selection on tv. Bedroom was nice and shower had good pressure. Hotel is in a good location, in the city centre and close to the shopping mall. We loved our stay in this hotel.

Beautiful view of the town from the room and elevator. The style and theme of the hotel is very cute with lots of birds painted on the walls. Free coffee in the lobby is a very nice gesture. Room is comfortable and cozy. Parking is spacious modern and affordable. But the best thing was of course the breakfast. So much variety and everything was tasty, I wanted to try everything but my stomach was no match. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel.
Was kinda pricey for a small town like Bialystok.

Pretty new hotel located in the shopping mall and short distance from the city center.
Sauna was nice, but in the same room with 'gym'. Gym was just couple of bikes and light weights.
