Location, room space and facilities were good. Bed was extra soft - many people probably dont like that.
For a travellers with car - if you are lucky, there might be a free parking space for you.
Check in was super difficult. Keys must collect from an office witch address does not lead you to the right building in google maps. You better insert x y coordinates in Google maps. Pay attention, that you need ID card or passport to collect the keys. Instruction to the apartment and the parking order are printed out on a paper. And the instructions are super complicated. Got the feeling that I was not there for renting a property for 2 nights but buying that property.
NB, we were discussing what does mean "parking under the apartment". It turns out that it does not mean parking in the underground garage. It means parking inner yard (if there is any available places available). Usually all the parking lots inner yard are occupied.

Good place for longer stays -- plenty of space inside, kitchen, utensils. Parking on weekends outside of building is free.
Getting keys from owner is very troublesome. It is not 1990s anymore! No proper communication in English, Russian, although main owner seems to be a reasonable person and has knowledge of English. Parking space inside building is decided on pure luck -- no one assures that one will find spare slot during stay. To sum up -- good place, but customer service is quite poor.

It was all well placed and well maintained. Provided everything that was required. The receptionist was kind and helpful. A very safe place to stay as well. Well insulated and provided a warm environment.
The shower was leaking but not too much and there were coffee mugs stained. Placing a fan would have been great. However, over all it was all fairly great stay.

Phenomenal location let down by a lack of attention to comfort of stay. Affordable price.
Tired bedding - too small bedsheets put straight on the mattress, bed covers and duvets smell, disappointing sleep. Poor hygiene standard overall - dirty cupboards - thick dirt behind the toilet seat - big disappointment once in the apartment as location and decor are v good.

The apartment was spacious, had all the amenities for food preparation and storing. The location was ideal, as it was close to the city centre. The parking was very convenient and there was a store not too far away from the home.
I find it impossible to think of anything that I did not enjoy.
