False advertising ( pictures advertised are not like the property you get ) , bathroom disgusting. Everything leaking. Toilet so close to the wall that you have to sit on it side ways oh and even better has the cheapest plastic seat that was broken. Sink leaking, shower just lost for words. Kitchen in the “apartment “ not usable. Stinky dirty fridge.
Got charged same price for two nights as a place in centre warsaw, embarrassing!!!!!

My sister and I came to Bialystok with kids and booked two apartments- and it was an extremely good call. Apartments are ridiculously clean, not a dust speck in sight. Kitchens are small but you’ll probably find everything you need. It’s a short walk from centre, few grocery stores within few minutes walking distance. Easy check in - I dreaded picking keys up from some other location after reading reviews, but that was not the case, since keys are kept at the property. Main area looking so pretty, all is modern and very well kept.
We come to Baiłystok every year to visit our family and will be definitely coming back again.
End of April and apartment was boiling hot, and since there’s no AC or fan we had to sleep with all windows open - there’s a road nearby and it was a bit noisy, so not much of rest, unfortunately. Washing machine would be great to have too, especially if you come to stay for a few days.
Also, shower handle in Książecy apartment really needs fixing.

Location was really nice
Getting to different part of city for apartment keys. Jakuzzi in apartment was not working, TV remote had expired batteries. Beds was not done, and one sheet was missing, therefore we slept without it. No night lights at beds. Bad sound proof. Toilet seat was not expected size, which led to water splashing out.

The apartment was very stylish and nicely designed. Kitchen had all necessities to make meals: cooking plate, microwave, fridge, kettle, stocked with plates etc and coffee, tea, salt, pepper, washing up liquid. Very comfortable large bed and soft sheets. Looked very new and fresh. Close to the center and bus routes. Piano in the room, though it would be nice if it was tuned. Spacious enough and it was nice to have the bedroom separate from the living room. Nice small balcony for sitting out with a coffee.
Cooking plate stopped working and shower head holder was loose. I contacted customer service and they said they fixed the stove but it only worked for 1 day and broke again. They said they cannot fix shower holder as they don’t have maintenance onsite. Not enough space for the toilet. Collecting keys was troublesome as there is no reception and without a car you’d have trouble going to the other location. It said the place is soundproof but it wasn’t completely quiet, you could hear traffic and church bells at 6am. Would be nice if curtains were blackout.

It was terrible, mattress was eeriest thing ever. We was informed where we will sleep only then come to registration, and then we came.. we just sleeping in former garages.. damp, dirty.
