Spacious rooms, Hotel entrances, lobby area seatings and corridors. Easy access to the mall.
Hmm, where to start with, hardcore beds, omg, it felt like sleeping over a wooden bed, the room floors don’t have carpets so I faced the cold floor, slippers were provided but of kids' sizes, have to use own, lifts were terrible, even though they were 4 but all of them were super sluggish but decorative. Fresh fruits and dried fruits were provided, but I had to pay extra (surprised). No one informed whether they are complementary or not. Thin walls, u can literally hear from the other side and if someone passes by the main door. The bed sheets were terrible, not very clean, and were light compared to the weather conditions. Dusty side tables/ telephones. The washroom was huge but the showers were 2/5, the toilet seat was too high though I am 5’11. Plus the light bulbs, hardly switched off from the dedicated buttons, you literally have to power off the main room supply. No garden for a walk or fresh air. You feel roombound. Plus the front desk staff on the over check out was a bit typical in attitude and poor mindset. CS were poor, He literally had no clue how much we paid for what we used and then he called his senior to make sure we gave 5/5 after charging us extra. No way! Bistro breakfast was alright, not up to international standards, especially the bread section. The queue for the single coffee machine, the cutlery cleanliness was not up to the mark.

Everything was amazing from cleaning to staff
At the receptionist Huma helped me a lot
Then housekeeping people, Rashid Ali, Nazia, muhammad usman . For helping my luggage to the hotel room ( Amir butt , zameer , Tariq ) fir got some names but over all my trip was amazing.
Love to stay here again inshallah

I had an amazing, amazing stay at The Nishat Hotel Johar Town. The staff made my experience unforgettable, they were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely sweet. I loved all of them!
A special mention to Huma Ali, Agha Ali, and Ibrahim, who dealt with me directly. They were extremely considerate and treated me so well throughout my stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
I would also like to appreciate Rizwan Faisal, who assisted me with the booking process. He was very cooperative and accommodating, making everything smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, I had a very, very good experience and would highly recommend Nishat Hotel Johar Town to anyone looking for exceptional service and a comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was completely ignored at the reception while the short-haired receptionist was openly flirting with a male, showing no regard for other customers waiting to be served. The level of professionalism was shockingly poor. Service throughout the hotel was painfully slow, and it constantly felt like they were severely understaffed. Every request took ages to be addressed, and rather than focusing on their duties, most staff seemed more interested in hinting for tips despite offering below-average service. It honestly felt like no one there cared about hospitality or guest satisfaction.

Mr. Waqas Shafique is remarkably helpful and exemplary in his hospitality. His professionalism is truly commendable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the hotel ambiance was wonderful the food was exceptional and the rooms were absolutely outstanding.
