the rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly too, Specially Mr Shehzad is a great person. reception is really responsive of any needs.
i would say the location isnt ideal as it is located in a residential area and all amenities such as markets are only accessible by a car or car lift

The Environment was quite and very suitable.
The location is very prime, easily accessible to everyplace. Room was spacious and clean.
Staff was very cooperative, kind and helpful.

The property after making me stay - marked me no-show, hence I demand 100% refund. I have already submitted proof of payment in the Complain
Previously one more property did the same in Lahore and this is insane, unsafe and against the practice of hotel business. Hence refund my money, take this hotel down from the system

I didn’t like.
It's really a bad experience. They refused to let me enter the hotel. There is no requirement for a marriage certificate or anything like that on Booking.com. However, they asked me to show my marriage certificate.
Why should I show my marriage certificate to them when there is no requirement on Booking.com?
My wife is really hurt and angry about this behavior by Royalton Inn Hotel.

Room was clean, staff is good. Breakfast was also fine. Location is also easily accessible and very closer to the market. Recommended!

The staff at Royalton went above and beyond to help me during my stay. I checked in very late when I first arrived. The room I'd booked was unavailable and I was given an upgrade at no extra cost. They have great English which is really useful for foreign guests. Very helpful and supportive throughout my stay. I had a really comfy and quiet room with A/C which was great value for the price. Facilities are good and clean and a tasty breakfast was included.
Nothing! The location isn't the most central for sight-seeing in Lahore, but it's very pleasant, calm, quiet and safe. In any case, transport to the centre is easy.
