There was nothing to like as in pictures the hotel seemed really good but in reality it was not.
The mattress was really old, I made a complaint about it and my room was changed...
The new room mattress was the same and staff admitted that it was a major problem in our hotel.
Parking was on the road side.
No inverter or heater was provided.
Charged more than the room rent and as a security deposit and during check out the complete amount wasn't paid due to low cash change.
Not more than 2 ppl can use the lift at a time.
Note: please spend ur money wisely and use some other hotel for ur stay.

It was the second time my husband and I stayed here and we loved it just as much as the first time. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is also very good and the Hotel is very clean and silent.
This time we took our whole family along and had a normal room as well as a family room which accommodated all of us perfectly.
Would definitely recommend for individuals as well as families!

Location and decent comfortable room.
Slow responsiveness from room service. They are charged for water that was given in the room, which was unexpected and disappointing. Insisting on paying for all days on the check-in day, which is not the right thing to do, and has never happened to me in my hotel check-in experience.

The room assigned to me was in the basement with no windows and musty smell. There were large piles of hotel laundry that I had to step over in order to reach the room. I rejected the room. Hotel gave me another room. The second room given to me was nice. Clean and comfortable.
There was no hot water in the bathroom so I was not able to take a morning shower.

Its location is the best thing. Cleanliness and hospitable staff are added advantages. It was a good value for money
Breakfast was average. There is a room for betterment. But it was ok. Definitely place like Lahore which is full of food facilities, the breakfast quality should be improved, I think. I will give it 5 out of 10

The staff were super professional and made my stay very comfortable ?. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi connectivity, as it was a bit slow at times. The room, the staff and their service and location.... everything was spot on!
The only complaint is that they didn't ensure warm water was available from the taps; I mean, there was no warm water in the washroom.
