The room assigned to me was in the basement with no windows and musty smell. There were large piles of hotel laundry that I had to step over in order to reach the room. I rejected the room. Hotel gave me another room. The second room given to me was nice. Clean and comfortable.
There was no hot water in the bathroom so I was not able to take a morning shower.

Its location is the best thing. Cleanliness and hospitable staff are added advantages. It was a good value for money
Breakfast was average. There is a room for betterment. But it was ok. Definitely place like Lahore which is full of food facilities, the breakfast quality should be improved, I think. I will give it 5 out of 10

Lahore Continental Hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent business trip! The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying, and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was top notch. The staff were super professional and made my stay very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi connectivity, as it was a bit slow at times. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers!

The room, the staff and their service and location.... everything was spot on!
The only complaint is that they didn't ensure warm water was available from the taps; I mean, there was no warm water in the washroom.

It is very convenient location, commercial area, kind of downtown. Banks, restaurants and shopping are available.
As per my opinion the price of the per night is little bit high as the room is small.

Great stay at Lahore Continental, better than I had expeted. The staff were extremely polite respectful and cooperative. The housekeeping team did a great job in cleaning my room, particularly Mushtaq. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, would stay here again and recomend to others.
If the price was cheaper I could've extended my stay further.

The staff are most helpful. The manager was great for this stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for foreign travellers i myself are from the UK and for safety and convenience to all shops etc it’s brilliant and ideal. The rooms are clean and comfortable too
