it was dirty, worst conditions of bedding, smelly washrooms and dustbins, poor service at breakfast, unhygienic crockery, poor service.

There is nothing a single service in this hotel when I check in the room the room condition was very dirty I owned call the hotel sweeper and clean the room
I book a hotel for 2 days I mean that anyone was not there to asked for service if I want anything I will call four times or five times for everything

Everything was perfectly arranged for us as we wanted, from decorations to the upgradation of our room..specifically thankful to the officer at the reception Kareem sahab who dealt our every request on the spot and was in contact with us at each and every step. The trip and arrangements were possible just because of him and all credit goes to him for his kind and calm nature. That person deserves a raise ??.
Nothing to mention. Had a small "hot water issue" but it was resolved on the spot..

Everything. Customers service was on point. Receptionist were very helpful and the hotel helper (shahid I think the name was) was extremely helpful. Property was extremely clean. It also had a massage/Spa facility which was worth paying and experiencing such a good time in Lahore Grand Millennium Hotel. The location was extremely excellent as the attractions were approximately 15 minutes away . The breakfast was included in the package. The food was brilliant and tasty. It was a buffet place where the food was unlimited. Unfortunately I did not make any photos, I have videos which I cannot add into this section.
