Everything. Customers service was on point. Receptionist were very helpful and the hotel helper (shahid I think the name was) was extremely helpful. Property was extremely clean. It also had a massage/Spa facility which was worth paying and experiencing such a good time in Lahore Grand Millennium Hotel. The location was extremely excellent as the attractions were approximately 15 minutes away . The breakfast was included in the package. The food was brilliant and tasty. It was a buffet place where the food was unlimited. Unfortunately I did not make any photos, I have videos which I cannot add into this section.

Staff was very cooperative and accommodating and helpful, very clean, tidy and spacious room and food was also very tasty
The hotel is on the road and got the room facing the road so the noises from the road was a nuisance as disturbed the sleep a lot which was much needed because i had to appear in an exam the next morning

The staff and service were amazing at the hotel, from the front service desk to the bell boys - it was a pleasant interactions all around.
The wifi was not well placed hence getting work done was challenging, the entertainment didn't work properly as it was probably due to dish pointing.
