Built in the colonial era the hotel has a lot of history and a wonderful ambience all around. The facility has been significantly upgraded over the past few years and comes with very spacious rooms and an amazing staff who impressed me thoroughly with their service. I would strongly recommend to all friends and family members.
Shower canins could use a bit more upgrade and cleanup. The rest is prefect and great value for money

They were kind enough to provide me an upgrade to the Quaid e Azam Suite and it was an outstanding suite. Very spacious, the decor was elegant and tasteful. Very cooperative and efficient staff providing excellent services.

It’s an old, historic building from the 1800s, so of course it has a lot of character and charm.
What I liked about the property is that it’s peaceful, with a beautiful garden, lovely views, and a relaxing ambiance.

I was extremely disappointed with the overall attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff from the gate security to the reception and housekeeping porters. Their behavior came across as unwelcoming, indifferent, and lacking basic courtesy. I had initially booked two rooms, but due to this experience, I decided not to proceed with my stay and instead chose to move to Pearl Continental.

Stylish, historical hotel, aesthetically renovated. Large room, almost a suite. Good WiFi and A/C, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space. Constant supply of bottled water. Big choice at breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, especially the porters. Lawn in the grounds with seating. Good room cleaning and room service for in-room dining.
Leaking shower cubicle, so the bathroom floor always got all wet. Enormous fix showerhead, so shower could only be used with a bathcap, if one didn't want to wash one's hair everytime. Constantly closed curtains by the window, since facing a wall with barbed wire on top. Nowhere to go for a walk outside hotel.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Location is the best in Lahore - great for accessing the historic sites in androon Lahore, is next door to Bagh e Jannah park and also well located to access the more fancy areas around Gulberg. The hotel has beautiful historic charm. Breakfast was brilliant!
The room was great - bed linen and towels could be a bit fresher. Decor is a little bit tired - particularly the bathroom, which could be updated (toilet seat and grouting etc.).

All hotels in metropolitan have same vibe and same issues. Even their odour is same. As i can safely say this for all including five stars - major issue i face is rooms there are suffocated as many of them have fixed/closed windows. What best Faletti’s has all its aura and vibe. Just look at its corridors. Even the staff - they all know that they are proudly the very part of something which has 150 years of rich history. Exceptional experience ?
