Renovated rooms
Very dark, customer services was ok and breakfast place is so small. Gym , spa and pool timings should be extended so as quality. Executive lounge need bugs spray or pest control. Taxi service were not professional too much smell in the car.

Were in non smoking rooms but could on he same corridor smell very strong smell from smoking room it was very off putting and unpleasant

Faraz and naveed the duty managers were extra helpful and made efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible .Overall staff was very forthcoming with tge lounge excess it was incredible

Staff was more helpful then last time
Shame to say this , but I have stayed in this hotel many times …they have not changed any furniture in this hotel for over 18 years since I have been coming never been given and discounts on anything
They really need to make major chances to the rooms and restaurants for a different look … more cosmopolitan style
