Location, service, and value for money.
Initially I was not given the room I chose but upon asking them, they moved me to another room. The staff should tell the guest at the time of check-in instead of quietly change the room. I'm a regular guest and this was my third or fourth stay.

The staff are excellent Muneeb reception and Abdul Waheed (excuse if spelling incorrect).go out of there way to help us, all armed security guards formprotections, cleanliness wow amazing. Breakfast options very good. I booked extra time here and would definitely come back here again. Just amazing recommend this Hotel has a little kitchenette as well.

Professional and ready to help staff. Neat and clean apartment. Everything in the apartment is up-to standard. High quality Crockery, furniture and toilet accessories. Adjacent to lush green Bagh-e-Jinnah (Lawrence garden) park with very old trees. Near to city Centre (down town)
No supermarket or restaurant in the area. Located on a bit narrow street.

The day i came to visit this hotel apartment my expectations was diffrent, and when i seen from my eyes i was very impressed of how big the apartment was, and also how best quality of service I've got from the team members. They went beyond their expectations to help me and also gave me an upgrade which i was suprise and happy at the same time. Everything was excellent definitely recommending anyone who is from abroad definitely a family safe place hotel is like we say home away from home.

It was in a great location, the staff all made us feel very welcomed and nothing was ever an issue. We had dinner in the room on one of the nights and that was very delicious. The breakfast was great too. Air con in each of the main rooms, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was perfect.

Area is quiet and peaceful, big advantage is garden only for guests, across street there is beautiful park Jinnah Bagh. Special thanks to always smiling, helpful mr.Muneeb and Muhammad Waris. Thank you so much for professionalism and excellent room service. Room too small for week's stay, bedroom should be separated from rest of room and bed cannot be placed by door because you can hear noise from hall and light comes into room, which is very disturbing when sleeping. There should be variety in breakfast, its shouldn't be same every day.

We had an amazing five nights stay at this hotel apartment with our family. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing stay.
The staff was extremely courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The rooms are very clean and big.
Excellent Customer Service.
Helpful staff and prompt service.
Excellent for wheel chair persons as it has a lift that actually works unlike other places in Lahore.
Great for families or groups.
Muneeb was great in getting all items from local shops and pharmacy. Special thank you Muneeb.

Muneeb-Ul-Rehman and the team made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay at Hyatt Luxury Apartments. They arranged an airport pickup for a very reasonable price, and it made arriving as a single female traveller very easy. Someone was there in person at reception when I arrived even though it was after midnight. The room was as described, and having a water dispenser in the room was a good environmental move. The breakfast was served in the room. There was no dining room but it was pointed out that these are apartments, not a hotel. All the staff, from food delivery to outside security, were respectful, helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient.
