The location, staff, sense of security and cleanliness of the hotel. The manager/owner of the hotel was available to help you all the time and round the clock.
Due to overbooking (I guess), I wont be able to check in to my booked room at hotel check-in time (12:00). I had to wait till 17-18 to check in the room. However, I was given another place to get some rest.

Great location, staff was very friendly, good parking space, good garden space esp for Karachi, good breakfast, very responsive staff who was always available to help, room was clean and the staff was always available to help.
Some constructive feedback for the hotel: the soap was low quality for the price point. The soap / body wash / shampoo should be high-end to be consistent with the room charges. Same with the clean towels - more towels should already be provided and be higher quality. Same with all the things like tissue boxes. The wifi had problems for all 4 days and it would be great if the wifi problem was solved. It's an excellent location, but the quality of services can be improved and meet international quality for an international clientele who will glady pay more for better services. ?

Good breakfast.
No computer working. Credit card system not working. Asked for cash. Preferred room service but waited 2 hours. Short staffed. Small room next to eating area smells of moth balls. Our bookings weren’t in their system.

Staff is good and cooperative does all the jobs as you explained but the hotel management is not providing professional training and equipment.
Hygiene staff needs proper supervision to clean the room.
Mattress and bed extremely bad condition. I heard the owner lives in Canada but it looks he doesn’t want to invest in the property.
