“Had a Good experience at Beach Luxury Hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was Good, and the service was Good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a perfect view of the sea. A nice place to relax and enjoy Good hospitality — good for both business and leisure stays.”
Beach Luxury Hotel is a really nice place. The environment is peaceful, the staff is friendly, and the service is good. Rooms are neat and comfortable with a great sea view. It’s a good choice for both family and business stays.

Disappointing
The floors are nice and clean and the staff is always courteous. Specially the front desk.
I’ve stayed here so many times but this has been the worst experience. There are so many things.
1. Mattresses need to be changed. You’ll wake up with a stiff hurting back aching and sore. I don’t know when was the last time they changes these mattresses.
2. Very mediocre breakfast buffet menu. The amount of money they charge, it doesn’t coincide with that at all.
3. They’re super stingy about checkout time. I was to leave for the airport at 1pm and I asked the front desk lady requesting if I could leave the room at 1pm but she refused, saying the checkout has to be made before 12pm and the same was repeated by the guy at the front desk when I came downstairs. And then kept waiting in the lobby. Small thing but shows the respect and courtesy you’d have for your guests and specially those who’ve stayed at your premises multiple times.
4. Without my permission the cleaning staff entered my room and so called cleaned the room. And by that, I mean making my bed again without changing the bedsheets and without cleaning the toilet and just placing a new set of shaving kit and dental kit. I did not have the service my room tag placed outside the door and still they entered without my permission or even informing me. To add further, the dirty soaking wet cloth was left on my luggage and when I returned to my room, the luggage was all wet ?
5. Their security incharge guy (forgot his name) lacks basic manners. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I was shocked the way he behaved the second day of my stay. I understand that they worry about security (apparently) I was shocked to hear him ordering me to open my laptop bag for checking despite the fact that the housekeeping staff standing next to him kept telling him, he’s our guest and staying in the room. I asked him, how do you check ladies’ bags, he responded “through metal detector”. This made me very upset and I asked him why he was searching mine and what was he searching for.

When I booked, the booking said my card was going to be charged ahead of my stay. I was booking for someone else and I didn't want them to go through the hassle of payment etc. The hotel or the website never charged my card. I asked them to charge my card like it's written in my booking but the hotel said they will take cash on arrival WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT TO DO. I had to send my friend into the hotel to pay cash then.It was very inconvenient.

Disappointing
place was nice and staff was friendly.
2 people from our group had severe diarrhoea which occured after eating mutton karahi from the hotel. we didnt consume any outside food nor we went out from the hotel. it led to hospitalization of both
