Who ever is on phone she was a female name I don't remember she called for check out time I told her I will bi check out by noon 1 she replied very badly n her behavior was very unprofessional n insulting... I also logged a complain on reception with her name... I had already chek in in the mod of night I just wanted to take bath that is y I said I will late for one hour she rudely replied this is not or problem u chek in late ..

Other family members also had rooms with lounge access but staff managing staff were not aware so ruined the experience for all.

We are forced to eat hotel food which is awful and tasteless. Jacuzzi spa is in broken condition. Pool has insects killed inside.

Bathroom door . Its not only couple stay in hotel some times brother and sister, mother and son, father and daughter are stay. The bathroom doors are see through and not locked. I think this is a problem .

Pros:
• Nice place to stay
• Quiet and peaceful environment
• Good room service
• Proper room hygiene
• Well-maintained rooms
• Round-the-clock service
• Easy accessibility to the city
Cons:
• Not properly following government tax rules (charging 15% on both card and cash payments, whereas card payments should be 8%)
• Refund process is extremely poor with no customer satisfaction at checkout (they should refund in cash if they cannot process a quick credit to the card)
P.S. My overcharged amount was not a pre-authorization or a withheld amount, but was actually charged from my card, to be settled in the final bill. The front desk guy even said: “Sir, you can use room service and other facilities, we’ll settle it at checkout.”
Final Note to Avari Towers Management
You are doing great in terms of excellent room service, breakfast, cleanliness, and overall comfort.
But these shortcomings must be addressed so that such issues do not happen again with me or any other customer in the future.

The staff was all friendly
The key card stopped working multiple times, so had to keep going back down to recharge the key card.
When i went to change currency, the lady at reception did not give me the full amount i was owed, as she said she didn’t have small notes, one advice is, if you are going to provide a currency exchange, make sure you have all big and small note of rupees

Location
Overall, everything was good, but I found the food to be extremely overpriced—especially at the rooftop BBQ. The buffet for two cost over 12,000, which felt unreasonably high considering the food quality. It was pretty basic and definitely didn’t match the premium price tag. I think the pricing needs to be reconsidered, as the value just wasn’t there
