The room was big and has air-conditioning.
The rooms are run down and smelled of smoke, needs maintenance, bugs are common in this type of places. There was no window.

Staying at DHA hotel for 5 nights was a delightful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff was courteous, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location in DHA was convenient, with easy access to amenities. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

and lts dark out there just to keep vigilant specially in evening when you go out or come in main door is closed and sometimes you need to wait to open it
