The natural environment is pretty.
Staff, specifically a woman named Lynn. I asked for her help booking the underground river tour. She contacted a company and took my 2500 pesos. No receipt and no information including details of the tour. She didn't even know any info herself. As well, I made a booking on booking.com and my charge was 950 peso per night. I wanted to extend a day and she tried to charge me 1200. I've been in Philippines 3 weeks and this was the first time I truly felt I was being scammed. Btw, WiFi does not work in the rooms, only near the lobby.

Didn't like much about this place.
OK rustic location.
I checked in late, not much of a reception.
My room was stuffy and smelled, especially the bathroom. It smelled and was pretty gross. No wifi and nothing nearby,boring.
Breakfast was not edible. They were burning trash next to the kitchen.
I mentioned it to the owner and she laughed.
I asked if they could get me a trike as the place was down a long bumpy road. She pointed down the road and said I could get one at the main road. So I carried my luggage and got a tricycle.
Oh yes, no water. I had to go looking for someone. The cold water was turned on and I soaped up and the water stopped.
A few minute's later it came back on.
I got there after 6 and left about 7:30 am

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had to go to the airport at 2am and there were no tricycles or taxis available at that time snd one of the staff members gave me a ride :) Also they have free coffee and free water in the dining area.
No internet in rooms.

The garden with seating area is very nicely decorated and very peaceful, next to the forest, you can hear the birds sounds. Really nice. Staff were very friendly and they also recommended me to go to Victoria Beach House in San Vicente which was fabulous.
AC Fan is a bit loud and i couldn't open the window because there was no mosquito net. Wifi was on and off but it could have been because of the rain/flood.

Comfy double beds, breakfast, staff were really friendly.
Very little written information about the tours being recommended. Inaccurate advice for onwards travel options. We were advised to travel to a terminal an hour away when actually with some research we were able to go from a terminal 15 minutes away.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, well clean, working AC, hot shower, all that was announced. The property itself is very beautiful and well kept, with very pleasant and green common areas (and permanent free coffee and water).
Access to the property is through a dirt road, which makes it hard to do by car, so you will generally have to go the main road for pickup and/or to find transportation to the city. It is a short walk (1/2 minutes), so nothing too complex.
