The room was not so spacious considering the price and the lock in our room was broken. The staff didn't say anything about it. I was expecting them for it to get fixed but no one has escalated it.

Accessible shopping mall and excellent staff. Very organised breakfasts, juice could be fresh, but the facilities are great

Location and price
Air con not working having to go to reception every time when making bookings for remote control for TV, back window for shower room always. Left open 1 room didn’t have lock on it , so easy for someone to come Breckinridge into room, staff in general ok could stay more focused on costumers rather on mobile phones.

Wonderful
Southwind was very comfy and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The pool was big and refreshing, although there were only a few spots to sit around. The restaurant attached served yummy food, although, like everywhere in the Philippines seemed to only have 50% of the menu. The bed was really comfy and cosy with a good blanket.

Staff were lovely . And really helpful and friendly . Pool area and restaurant area very clean
There was some function on for two days out of 6 and very loud not relaxing at all. Started early in the morning till late afternoon.
There is only three sun beds for the whole hotel when I asked for more they said there was only three. Meaning if more than one couple wanted to sit round the tool there was no seats available.
The room was not cleaned once in 6 days and had to ask for fresh towels.
We also had the food delivered to the room. Burgers etc are good and very tasty. This didn’t get cleared however for 2 days.
The food is also not all of the time through the day and finished early depending on how many ask for food.

The location and space in the room
The pig farm must be somewhere next to it. You can smell it and there is a lot of flies. You can also hear it in the morning. There were 2-3 Russian families permanently living there making the place their own party… Russian music by the pool, men drinking and shouting from the morning. Restaurant constantly closed. Bathroom not too clean. Staff friendly but not thinking too much.
