The beach is really nice and wide, and the pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast was good, and the rooms are very nice with a comfortable bed. Staff very polite.
The service is very slow. the facilities are okay, but there aren't enough activities or amenities for such a big hotel.

The location is fantastic: the breach and the nature around are very nice. There are waves in the sea and you can rent bodyboards from the hotel to ride them.
The hotel is modern and the facilities are very nice (rooms, swimming pool, gym and kids club).
The hotel is lacking staff and staff management. Restaurant orders are too long to arrive (1h+ during our stay), this applies to both lunch and dinner. We ended up eating dinner in the hotel next door, the Daluyon where the restaurant is much better and faster.
The staff is struggling to make the rooms available on-time for check-in and are barely able to clean the rooms by the evening for existing guests. We often had to chase the staff in the corridor at 5pm to get fresh towels, shower gel or other things as they had not done our room.
They also called the room too much even after 8pm where our kids were sleeping, often for minor reasons. We decided to unplug the phone but they also ring the doorbell in late hours. They should use other means of communication to avoid disturbing the guests like WhatsApp.

empty beach, pretty much only for the guests of this hotel, great pool, good amount of sunbeds, layout of the hotel, their care for the environment - we witnessed them saving around 300 turtle eggs
food was decent, but could be better to match the rest of the hotel, also waiting time for food was too long, we thought it’s just philippines - no rush in paradise, but other locations proved otherwise

Lovely pool, right next to beach. The staff were all so friendly and nice. Good sized rooms with nice facilities. Breakfast buffet excellent quality
The food and drink service was too slow (at least a 45-60 minute wait for even small poolside snacks or drinks), despite the food quality being excellent. There seems to be a need for more training/supervision of the staff in the restaurant.

The beach is beautiful, unspoiled, and natural, and the swimming pool is the most beautiful I have ever seen.
Breakfast, however, needs improvement: there should be more sliced fruit options, more cereals such as muesli, more yogurt choices, a wider selection of breads (including crackers and biscuits), and more fresh juices.

This hit all of the vacation requirements of luxury and location, but it is remote.
Given its remoteness you are limited to the grounds of the hotel, the beach and the few beach facilities (massage).

Grounds and pool are fantastic. Breakfast is exceptional. Especially our server Zairine. Good variety. Well prepared.
Boring repetitive menu. Same menu for lunch. Dinner. Room service. Boring. Lack of interest or ability to manage large group noise at night.
