This hit all of the vacation requirements of luxury and location, but it is remote.
Given its remoteness you are limited to the grounds of the hotel, the beach and the few beach facilities (massage).

Disappointing
While the property boasts a clean environment and courteous staff, several aspects of our stay were disappointing and fell short of expectations for a hotel under the Sheraton brand.
Firstly, the beds in the room were notably small and not well-suited for two adults, impacting overall comfort. Additionally, the absence of a wardrobe made unpacking and organizing belongings inconvenient, especially for longer stays.
The check-in process was surprisingly complex, requiring an unusual amount of personal information, which felt unnecessary and time-consuming. During our stay, the staff maintained an overly enthusiastic demeanor—greeting guests repeatedly and engaging in unsolicited small talk. Though well-intentioned, this behavior came across as forced rather than genuinely hospitable.
A more serious concern was discovering a bug in the bedsheets, which raised questions about the thoroughness of housekeeping.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, there are key areas—particularly guest comfort and authenticity in service—that need attention to align with the expectations of an international brand.

Private beach front resort, with everything you need and high quality. Ideal for couples.
Don’t forget anything as a very long 3+ hour drive from Puerto Princesa airport (didn’t don my homework here). This was a bit of a punish.

The bedroom is the perfect size. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and in general everything is very clean and perfectly maintained. The staff is super friendly and it's a very safe place. Also the food was surprisingly good. Very recommended.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. they really want to make your stay as nice as possible. the pool is very good for kids, being close to the beach and a with a poolbar where you can take fresh fruits cocktails for the kids.
the restaurant also serves very good food, not only international, but also local filipino which is very tasty.

serene location and the room
Service at the restaurant - staff were very polite, but completely unorganized and too often the waiting times were excessive. Additionally, the number of sun umbrellas at the pool were not enough.
