Disappointing
Easy check-in and check-out.
Place wasn’t clean, lots of insects and gekko’s. Bed was ‘wet’ and uncomfortable. There was no curtain and the multiple chickens kept us away all night. We arrived at 3.00am from a flight, so just stayed for a short night. It was perfect for that, but nothing more.

Good
We stayed at Sealor on two occasions. The first time was terrible, there were children running and screaming around the rooms late at night and early (from 5:30 am) and also listening to music very loudly on the balcony of the house (which is one meter from the guest window) throughout the morning. I couldn't stand the music and had to ask them to turn it down, because I needed to sleep, after all we stayed up late because of the noise from the children outside.
The next day, we had a transfer to El Nido, which we bought directly from the hotel receptionist that would leave at 1 pm. Since check-out was at 12 pm, we spoke to the same person who sold us the transfer and she said that we could be there until 1 pm without any problems and for free, because someone from the staff would come to pick us up when the van arrived. This same person said that we should be ready at 12:30 pm, because the van could come earlier. When we arrived from lunch at 12:15, another person came to tell us that we had to leave because checkout was at noon. Since the first person wasn't there, we made them talk to each other and we were finally able to stay in the room until the van arrived at 1:40. We didn't like the situation, but we took the shuttle anyway. The shuttle stayed with us in the van until 3:40 when the trip to El Nido began. The driver told us that it was a shared tour and that they didn't leave at 1:00, only at 3:00.
So I don't know what happened because they sold us a 1:00 when it was only leaving at 3:00. In short, we wasted the whole day in a van that arrived in El Nido at 8:40. I don't recommend buying a transfer with them for this reason.

Exceptional
Everything is exactly as the photos. The place was really clean and the room medium size. You have a restaurant 3 mins walking and 10 mins a modern shopping mall. The place is not noise... just sometimes some barking from the street dogs but i slept really well. I would recommend this place for sure location and money. The owner was really nice helping with everything, and we paid the van for port barton for 550 pesos. Good price because in other places they were requesting 600 or more....
Nothing

Good
The room is very simple and basic. Just right for stopping close to the airport. With plenty of places to eat or get a SIM card nearby. Great price!
Moldy smell, fairly uncomfortable bed, really cramped spaces, and a noisy fan... if you choose this place, you need to be adaptable! :)

Wonderful
The hotelier was nice and helped me calling in Tagalog (English is indeed widespread, but it was kind from her) some people I had to deal with for my excursions (especially the one to the native tribe was difficult to organise as a budget independent traveller, but fortunately I had the direct contact of Rosy which is the person in charge to deal with the Batak people – I left her phone number to the hotelier in the hope that an affordable price will be able to boost such tours because in this way you discover the roots, the culture and the traditions of the Philippines beyond the party beaches). The hostel is actually centrally located in town and at walking distance from the airport. The room was nice, though the toilet was very narrow. The Wi-Fi was good and there is a cold/hot drinking water dispenser in the common area.
No payment by card nor through booking.com website. The tiny muddy road that leads to the hostel is hard to find (but people I met in the neighbourhood were very nice and led me to there), dark at night and flood when it rains.

Wonderful
I arrived late at night but was still able to check-in, thank you for that! I also left early in the morning so I didn't have time to actually enjoy the accommodation much, but for the one night I stayed the price was very good. Got a huge room for so cheap. Also just 5min walk to my van to Port Barton :)
Forgot to add toilet paper to bathroom
