Everything Norman the manager was so nice and really cared about his guest, the staff was amazing from security to the front desk,house keeping to the restaurant staff, just a great experience
There is nothing walking distance but the do offer a free shuttle 3 times daily to the mall

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Norman and his staff are very warm and accommodating! From the time you check in, your treated like family. We stayed in a ground floor, sea side room, I recommend this highly! By far, hands down the best hotel we stayed in the whole time we were in the Philippines. Quiet, scenic, very relaxing vibe! It is located away from the main city, so bring snacks and supplies. Your not going to just walk to the corner to pick up a pizza! Thats the charm of this hotel, no traffic or city noises. just waves and sunshine. The pool is great!@@ my daughter and I spent a lot of time there. As for the ocean, it's a shallow area of beach, walk 100 yards to be knee deep in the water, at high tide. A great place to just stroll and take in the beauty of the area!

The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive, the GM greeted us every morning, breakfast was more than expected. The room was cozy and comfortable. Beach front was cool, just wish I had more time for walks.
Ice bucket in room, or ice machine, hard to find ice for a cold soda. Really nothing I didnt like at the motel, I am looking forward to my next stay there.

The staff was very nice once we entered the door. Our room with the ocean view was pleasant to see. The room had 2 beds and the room was very clean. Security is on the property which makes you feel safe.

Beautiful location by the ocean, difficult to reach through very bumpy roads (though well marked) due to bridge construction. Good and helpful staff, very engaged manager, Plenty of parking

- Room layout is familiar from previous trips to a different Microtel - two beds with a luggage ledge near the window, elevated TV, restroom with shower. - Right on the beach! Though due to the rain didn't get to try the kayaking. My friend still tried out the swimming pool despite the weather - Internet is very very good here - Paella in a hot pan at the restaurant was very, very delicious
- As a Californian, I grew up with Mexican food, so I did notice that the runny cheese used in the nachos and the quesadilla isn't anything close to authentic texture or taste-wise. More importantly, unlike the paella, both of those items were served barely warm.

Beachfront, super safe for kids if they want to swim at the open sea. The deep part is far out from the shore. Food is great. Western Breakfasts are actually good for 2-3 people (at least in our case, me and my 2 sisters-in-law). Good view of the sunrise too. Pool is clean and open until 10pm.

Beachfront, calm and safe open sea. Fine beach sand, I can walk barefoot. No need for aqua shoes. Long stretch of shallow sea water during high tide and long stretch of the shore for walking during low tide. Our rooms have access to the beach and it is great to catch the sunrise every morning. Food is great with generous servings. Staffs are kind, approachable, courteous and helpful. Kitchen staff exhibited grace pressure when dealing with an impatient customer.
Come to think of it, there was an impatient foreign grandpa who was demanding/searching for the soup during breakfast. If there won’t be any in the menu, simply hide the bowl rack and the soup warmer if there is no available soup for consumption. People thought that there will be soup available soon and it is just not yet served. Also constantly check if there is enough supply of coffee cups and glasses placed on your racks. That was also one of that grandpa’s complains.

The beach and view was the best part.
Breakfast was ok. The food was cold instead of being warm. They were equipped with warmers but they didn’t use them. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are outdated and require some modernization.

I like how the other staff greets us. They are so nice and kind. We loved the view.
I didn't like how the receptionist can't follow simple instructions. Someone in the house keeping also had my charfer broken. And it's so annoying that instead of saying sorry, they lied about seeing a charger inside the room. We stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast is always the same every day. Few options, too. Could have been better if you add more since your hotel is situated in a province, something healthy could be nice.

Breakfast was really good. Beach was nice. Not a beach to wade around in or lie on the sand. Lots of sand mites, but that is normal for this area. Staff were great - very nice and helpful.
Rooms were a little outdated. Fixtures need repair - they were loose. Rooms need updating/cleaning. Sand mites were very annoying but normal for this area.

Very private and relaxing. Hardly any noise from traffic , secluded location
I am into Ocean swimming, you have to walk out quite a distance before the water gets to your knees. You need slip on shoes as it gets very stony the further you go. Food portions are small, breakfast is ok .
