The staff were friendly. The restaurant food was good. The location was good. The hotel itself was really beautiful.
The saxophone player at dinner. It was really loud and out of key. It ruined the mood of the dinner.

Great value for money. Even though Puerto Princessa doesn’t seem to be the most beautiful town, in this hotel you don’t feel like you are in the town, as the garden and big property makes you feel like you are in exotic place. It was clean, the breakfast was fine.
They organised us a transport to Port Barton, which took 4.5h hours instead of 3h they were advertising. They picked us up at 8am but we spent 1 hour in Puerto princessa picking up other people and we only left at 9am. Also there was very little space in the van, even the inside was packed with luggage which didn’t feel very safe.

Wonderful
The best hotel we have stayed while visiting the Philippines ever. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great staff, great location (near shopping and restaurants), and good in house restaurant. Good towels and linens, hot water, good water pressure, nice walk in shower with modern fixtures. This will be our go to place for all future trips to Palawan, which we visit frequently.

We liked the warm welcome from the reception staff. We were able to have a late lunch in the dining area on arrival. Food & Beverage staff were helpful and friendly. Nice pool with good seating. The place had a good vibe.

They call for only one taxi company. I requested for 9:30 am and the driver wasn’t there. I asked the woman at front desk to call another company and she refused. She said they only use one company. So I had to wait for their taxi to arrive. It is also expensive. I was charged $350 pesos for a 10 minutes trip.

An absolutely terrible experience. We know that nobody can do anything about the weather but our room flooded the first and only night we stayed. The toilet didn't work and backed up and overflowed with sewage. When we told the staff they told us the weather was going to be similar the rest of the week and expect it. The people in the room next to us said it was knee high in their room and the night prior the power and lights were out all night as well. Even our server at the restaurant when we told her we were staying a week replied "oh no, that's way too long." After complaining about the situation with our room they offered to move us to another hotel or for a full refund. We chose the refund as they expected bad weather all week and were told as it was lateat night theyd have to wait to contact their accountant the next day and to email them our bank information for transfer. We booked flights out the next morning and spent less than 24 hours there out of the expected 6 nights. Upon returning and sending our information they responded by refunding us for only 2 days even though they had promised a full refund. Absolutely disgraceful to promise a refund and not follow through once the guest has left.

It is seems like the whole city of Puerto Princesa is under construction. So expect dust wherever you go.

The staff was so helpful in the restaurants food was awesome in the room is very comfortable it was a very nice place to stay
The only thing i didn't like was because of the heavy rains they were frogs that made noise and kept me at most of the night on just the last night we stay there

This is a little gem. Some of us in the group were working remotely and could not join for all the activities but it was great to work from the restaurant. You can enjoy the beautiful outdoor area with delicious food, good wifi and plugs to charge your computer.
The staff is attentive, they helped us organize excursions and rent motorcycles.
The rooms are clean and spacious, they are bigger than they look in the pictures.
The staff is beyond amazing, super attentive and very helpful. Anything you need or any questions you may have they will be there for you.
The hotel is too nice, we were slow to leave it to go out and explore, especially because the food at the restaurant is so fresh and good, we ended up eating there a lot ?

The restaurant is really good and the room are well furnished
The water smells really bad, I don’t know if it was only in our room or everywhere.
Our swimsuit became yellow after the use of the swimming pool
