The place is soooo nice ? The owner, Sir Rain/Rein is very accommodating, pati yung staff. What I liked most about our stay, is Tato/Tatu, their friendly small dog who welcomes us everytime na babalik na kami sa room namin from our Tours ? Very clean and tahimik yung place, perfect for relaxation.
They don’t have microwave in the room to reheat some food if you have takeouts. Over all, okay yun place.

Area is quiet, friendly staff, laundromat service nearby, a few local eatery, main shopping mall is 1km away, room is very clean,feels like a villa, gated, a few options on the menu for breakfast, neat houses that stands on a pond with goldfish, very close to airport. This place is great for layovers for a few days in PPS.
It is not a dislike, but there’s not much to do inside the compound if you want a vibing area.

Property owner on the location and was very helpful catering to all your needs. Jeric is the boy Friday on the property. Nice to see a young man going beyond his duties. Once again the owner was very accommodating. Not many amenities but if asked they will provide.

We booked the underground river tour with them and it was great. The guy from reception was nice and helpful.
The AC didn’t work well, it made a very strong sound and then it started leaking. We had to turn it off.
Breakfasts cost was unclear… they have a menu with prices, but somehow they charge everything extra. It ended up being expensive and not good.
We booked the van transfer to El Nido with them and it was a total fail. The actual cost of the transfer is 550 pesos, they charge 700 pesos, but they are supposed to organize the pick up from the hotel. Our van never came so they drove us to the bus station and we had to wait until another van filled up. The van’s driver wanted to charge more for our suitcases… We left Puerto Princesa 2 hours later than what we had scheduled.

I stayed at the ced villas last time i was in palawan and i enjoyed it so much i came back on this trip. It's a couple miles south of town but it's very quiet and just what i was wanting.
The best thing to do is after your long van ride,
go across the street and rent a motorbike.
I travel light so I put my backpack on the motorbike and rode out to the villas less than 10 minutes south of el nido.
The staff running the place are the greatest.
Everyday they're out there cleaning and cleaning and keeping the place in amazing shape.
This time i spent time in the pool both days and it's very nice. When you wake up there's coffee waiting on your balcony, and when you're ready they bring you a nice breakfast.

Everything about it is amazingly great. Can't believe a place like this exists knowing how affordable it is.
Unfortunately it saddens me and my family who are all dog lovers to see the status of the senior dog and the small one. May garapata and yung senior dog di na maayos yung condition ng skin and hair. Its not an excuse na senior siya for her to be on that state. Sana pag balik namin sa November wala na garapata mga dogs and in good condition sila pareho.

Beautiful and unique property! Owners and workers were super friendly and helpful. Felt really safe and thought it was great value for money.
There was a loud nose in the evening time coming from maybe a generator or something but it did stop before it got too late which was great for sleeping.

Great location near the town center and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a good night's sleep and enjoyed our stay.
The price was low and offered good value, but the rooms lacked privacy as they were in a home's yard.
