I like the villa, it was so huge for the both of us, room was clean. Staff are 24/7 accomodating. The pool is so nice as it is sorrounded by flowers and trees. The restaurant also offers good variety of food.
The waitress was a little bit rude and is always on her cellphone watching facebook videos.

Pool and room were nice.
No Wi-Fi, even though it was advertised with Wi-Fi. The service was slow we had to call them three times just to get our breakfast, and we were on limited time,. They didn’t prioritize the customers. You always have to keep reminding them. For example, when I tried to check in at the reception, she told me to wait and then started scrolling on her social media. I had to ask her again.

Nothing. This place has potential if well maintained.
I'm disappointed overall. We stayed for a night but the room we stayed at was super dirty. Not really well maintained. There were molds inside the bathroom and the water from shower is super weak and hard to shower with it. No slippers or water bottles provided either. Location is also kinda far from the airport. Tricycle from airport to the hotel was expensive it was around 350php. We wanted to eat breakfast before checking out but there was no time since our pick up van was already there and there was a big group who are in the breakfast area waiting to eat as well (mind you, breakfast starts at 6am and nothing was prepared, our van pick up was around 8:30am. we would've had time to eat). I don't think it's worth the stay. Just go to a different hotel closer to everything instead and don't waste your money.

Secluded. Very nature-sy. Good common area and breakfast area. Rooms are clean, The bed and linen are really comfy. The pool looks good but we didn't use it though.
It's a bit far from the city center. The bathroom would benefit from some improvements. The heater is inconsistent.

Very nice service, they helped us a lot. Good breakfasts. Billiards that you could play every evening.Swimming pool but unfortunately we had to ask them to clean it.I recommend 99%it despite the small negative opinion.
If they took even a little better care of the cleanliness of the rooms it would be great.

Curtain in room was very thin. Lots of light came through so we did not have a great sleep. This could easily be fixed by adding black out lining.

Wonderful
Overall, it's a very nice ambient with a lot of palms and acacia trees. The room was bigger than we expected. The staff is friendly. The pool and the water in the pool were cleaned at night. We ate all our meals in their restaurant and they were very tasty. I would especially recommend their milkshakes (chocolate, oreo), because they are big and yummy yummy. At the end, I have only one critic. Van to the airport cost 500p one way, but in the description on Booking it says that the transportation costs 350p! We ordered van to the airport, but staff forgot for our van for the next day, so we need to took the tuktuk, but no problem with that at all, because there are a lot of tuktuks on the main road. But anyway we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Location is near airport and it is nice for one night. Staff is very polite, they arrange us pizza at 11 p.m.

Beautiful property, with clean rooms and a beautiful outdoor pool area!
The restaurant staff were all quite rude, just stared at me and talked. I had to go up to the counter to request my breakfast, other guests were provided table service depending on if the restaurant staff took a liking to you or not. Was serviced rotten watermelon which was more than half of the fruit platter, nothing offered as a replacement just got told "that's how the fruit is"

Hotel in a remote area, which is a plus because it's quiet and have spacious area around the (great!) pool. Shared areas clean, a lot of place to hand out and relax. Bar with reasonably priced drinks. Helpful and kind staff. Stayed in very spacious bungalow.
Really hard bed and a lot of noise (I believe from AC?) at night. Moreover pool is well lit also during the night, and because of that it's also very bright inside of the room, even with courtains closed. To be honest, I didn't sleep well here. No hot water in the shower, but that's common in Philippines
