My second time here. So quiet you hear a needle drop even if Aircon is on. Comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great place.
Breakfast is only so so. Sometimes not so warm.

Wonderful
Breakfast was very good, served when we wanted just outside the room. The air-conditioning worked well. The location was great for the airport the next day (10min walk). Great value and lovely staff. Free cold water at reception was great.
No sheets, just a fleece blanket.

We loved it, staff was very friendly, nice and helpful with everything! Room was clean and for the first time in Palawan we could take a warm shower. Coral (the owner) was wonderful, and helped us book a tour to see the underground river as soon as we arrived, told us where to go in town and what to see, she helped us grab scooters and tuctucs for a fair price, and made homemade Philippine breakfast both mornings we stayed there, which were so good. Totally value for money, if you are looking for a nice clean and cheap place to stay in Puerto Princessa. The location was right in the middle is the city and we could walk to everything with no problem. Would reccoment to everyone!

Exceptional
The location was perfect. Very accessible to the downtown city proper and airport. A lot of stores and a laundry shope just outside. We were offered airport transport at a minimal rate since the multicab is not allowed inside the airport. AC was super cold. Breakfast was sumptuous everyday. They were very approachable. Their let was super friendly. We will surely come back next time.
Nothing.
Though if I may suggest to add more rack on the wall or behind the door for clothes etc.
We didn't ask but maybe Ate can lend some plates and utensils or put some on each room.
But overall, the place was pleasant and will surely come back next time.

This was just what we needed after the tiring 6 hour minibus from El Nido. The hotel was spotless and quiet. The staff were very helpful and fully accommodated our early start. We arrived at 9.30pm and had breakfast at 4.00am as we had a flight at 7.00am. At 5.00am the girl on reception brought us to the airport which was very close. This was great value for money and was another hidden oasis in the Philippines with a demonstration of the excellent, helpful customer service that marks any stay in the Philippines.
Beds were a little hard, but we slept well and were able to refresh after the long journey. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they provided a very adequate filipino breakfast. It was a bit of a shock when we saw the area around the hotel, but the hotel itself was very clean, modern and was excellent for an overnight stay being very close to the airport. Everything worked in our room, though, as with most properties in the Philippines, they are recovering from the 2 year lack of use and regular maintenance due to the pandemic.
