I love the location of this place. The beach is literally your backyard or front yard. And swimming in it was like being in an aquarium with all the colorful fishes with you.
The staff were great ans allowed us to cook our last dinner there.
Great place to chill and have drinks with your crew...which my nephews did.
Its a hidden treasure...so getting there was challenging but sooo worth it.

I like that it has private beach. Peace and quite stay we had. They have motorcycle you can rent. Accomodating staff. Amazing stay we had.
Though place was far from the main road it was not incovenient to us. We still had an amazing stay.

Very Poor
First of all, I was not allowed to see the room until I paid for it, then after I paid she took us to the room where the bathroom was not clean and I was very disappointed with the accommodations, I immediately asked for a refund of which she would not give me the 7k Pasos, she is a very harsh woman and I would not recommend this property to anyone,

The staff were very accommodating, and the place was amazing. They allow guests to cook, so we brought our own portable stove and cookware and cooked our food at the table outside. It was very nice. We booked a cheap room, and they were not strict, which was great
It’s a little far from the Panagsama area where you can see many stores, restaurants, and the white beach. However, since the place is right by the beach, I think it’s still like a resort, so it’s okay. It’s just a little dark outside in the evening.

If you are craving serenity and seclusion this place is excellent.
No fridge and the wifi is dodgy. (Which probably isn’t a negative).

What a lovely place! Some accommodations truly have a soul - and Allba's Homestay is one of them.
We spent very pleasant days in this charming and peaceful place. The rooms are simple but great, and unbeatable value for money in the area. The staff are working very hard to restore what nature took away during the most recent major typhoon.

It is beautiful. The ocean access was great, we swam with turtles and enjoyed whole days alone in the water.
It’s basic, but comfortable and well maintained.

Water front and able to snorkel right off the front. The beach entry has a small sandy spot and then rocks otherwise. There's a scuba diving shop next door too where you can rent snorkel gear for 200 pesos ($4 USD) for the day. The mange Idonnah was super nice. Also have scooter rentals for cheap to go to Panagsama Beach, White sand beach, or other places within 15-20 min ride. They will also organize actvities for you like canyoneering and pick up at the hotel. WiFi only available at reception and there's not really anywhere to sit and set up a computer FYI for anyone needing to work while on vacation. However there are ample cafes in panagsama beach with WiFi which is where we set up shop to get work done one day. Overall very happy with the accommodations for the price. Lovely gardens with plumerias and orchids. Restaraunt is under construction FYI. It's quiet here compared to town or panagsama beach except there are quite a lot of roosters at the neighbors house. It didn't bother us though it sounded in the distance
A spot with WiFi to sit with a computer and work.

I like the staff very friendly and accommodating.
I don’t like the idea that we have to pay extra to turn on the air conditioning unit.

Good
Close to the ocean with good snorkeling right there of the property. The property itself was very green and had some nice features.
The road out to the property was VERY bumpy and run down with tons of potholes, which made it difficult and slow getting there and back, which mattered since it was a ways from town. Also, our shower didn't work until the 2nd day, and even then didn't have hot water. The towels were also very gritty and rough, which was a minor issue, but worth noting. Also, they didn't say this in advance, but they charge extra to use the air conditioning units in the rooms.

It’s very quiet and the family is really friendly. I loved the sunset from there. It’s directly by the ocean.
They charge you quite a lot for the use of the air conditioning and the food was just ok. It’s a bit out of the city.

Oceanfront property. Staff was helpful when asked for something.
No restaurant on site. No one offered to clean our room for the entire 5 nights. I was not warned that the water is infested with jelly fish, so I had about 50 very itchy stings that seemed like insect bites.

Property has destruction from a typhoon in the past. The staff are working hard to rebuild those buildings.
