Very Good
It’s very quiet and the family is really friendly. I loved the sunset from there. It’s directly by the ocean.
They charge you quite a lot for the use of the air conditioning and the food was just ok. It’s a bit out of the city.

Oceanfront property. Staff was helpful when asked for something.
No restaurant on site. No one offered to clean our room for the entire 5 nights. I was not warned that the water is infested with jelly fish, so I had about 50 very itchy stings that seemed like insect bites.

Great views being right on the water. Food good. Can snorkel in front of property.
Property has destruction from a typhoon in the past. The staff are working hard to rebuild those buildings.

Great location as there was easy access to the beach which had coral, tropical fish, etc.
The room itself was spacious as it had more than enough room for the advertised guest amount, and comfortable as all rooms had AC.

check in easy. ask the desk, keys where in mailbox. location is good. close to alot of things. clubs/bars to the right, down the streets. laundry across the street, sari sari store across the street, 7 eleven on the bottom, bakery on the bottom, many shops and restaurants near by. wifi worked good for me. good enough for short stay. bed comfortable. on 9th floor is pool and gym. gym very small.
apartment itself needs a little update. we were there for 9 nights, def too long. weird smell every time u walk in. because of humidity and things are not drying. weird smell coming off the couch, weird stains on it. toilet leaking, causing the bathroom rug to be wet all the time. moved it away from the toilet, its so wet it never dried. need to update cooking plate and rice cooker. both didnt work.

Wonderful
The place is charming and beautiful with a beautiful view of the sea and access to a private beach. For those who want a quiet place for themselves and far from the center, this is recommended. The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant is good.
There is no internet reception in the rooms, but because I was a single host, they lent me the reception router so I could work remotely.

its near the beach and during high tide the view is fantastic and its great for swimming. its quiet and relaxing.
it’s far from the center although its not the fault of the hotel but if u dont know how to drive a motorcycle you cant rent and so youll spend 500-700 pesos for “pakyaw” trike to take you places. its quiet expensive more like a foreigner rate.

Great spot right next to the water! We loved being able to wake up and look out over the beautiful water. Also great snorkeling at the reef just off the beach - it was our best snorkeling in Cebu! Saw multiple turtles, lots of fish. Perfect spot!
All the staff were very helpful and helped us organise activities if we needed, rented scooters etc. Meals were reasonable. Plenty of filtered water. Overall good value for money. It’s about 10min drive on a scooter into the main part of Moalboal, we enjoyed being able to have some peace and quiet away from it all.
The water pressure wasn’t amazing in the shower, but this was fairly consistent over Cebu. The dining area is a bit rough.

We stayed here 3 nights and everything went well. The stay is about 10 minutes by motorcycle from the main beach area which for us was perfect because it meant the stay was very quiet at night. The stay will rent you a bike so once you arrive there you are good to go in terms of transportation. The room is very spacious and clean. They give you a gallon of water for your room and there's a mini fridge available as well. The stay also has direct access to the beach and it's a perfect place to watch the sunset from!
The rooms without AC can be a bit stuffy at night but you can turn it on for an extra cost.

Isolated - too far from Panagsama Beach - Needed to hire a motor scooter | only 1 power point worked | Had to pay extra 600p/night for Air Conditioning | Water leaked all over bathroom floor from hand basin - Staff inspected & advised it was due to rising ground water & nothing could be done about the leak | Ceiling fan was very noisy - helicopter loud | No TV | No mini fridge | Wi-Fi had narrow broadband - Need Starlink | Separate kitchen was structurally unsound

Nice remote location to relax and enjoy the sea. Good restaurant with affordable prices, scooter rental (350 PHP) and laundry.
Very bad cell service (no mobile data) and we had some cockroaches in the room (they gave us spray to kill them).

The location is perfect, and the environment of the guest house too, the beach is amazing for snorkeling and sunset. Facilities were very convenient with scooter rental, Tuktuk…. But two bad points are that they change our room when we arrived for facilities question, the location was good but a lot of cockroach in the room and the shower was really weak it was difficult to wash… maybe this is just this room.
But despite of this the stay was really good !

Everybody was incredibly kind and always available for everything. The place is amazing. The bungalows and breakfast too. Very refreshing the fact that they are not always trying to overcharge you on everything like everywhere else. beautiful and pretty clean. Best place in moalboal.

While a bit remote Allbas offers ocean views with basic but comfy bungalows with a nice terrace.
I didn’t get to try the restaurant but the serve meals and drinks, rent our scooters and organise trips etc as needed. I would definitely stay again…
