The room is wonderful, compact but comfortable. You can divide the studio in two parts with glass sliding doors.
The bed is comfortable.
Overall it's a good accomodation, but be aware of some issues.
Very noisy neighborhood. We couldn't use the balcony because it was just too much noise.
Water in the shower not always is as warm as you'd want.
To book the unit you have to pay via PayPal, then send your ID and vaccination information to a WhatsApp account. Seems super sketchy, but we got the room and everything was as advertised.
Be prepared to surrender one of your IDs at the lobby as a collateral.

It was what we expected. The staff are friendly and the 2 Person in contact are friendly and easy to talk to.
None. We haven't used the exclusive beach pass due to some sched we have but it was ok.
