The tv could be upgraded to smart tv. And the driveway could be improved near the highway. Also more bed pillows would be nice ..

Beautiful property overlooking the water and Cebu from up high. The staff is excellent and was always there to help. Breakfast was excellent as well.
Really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was water was interrupted but fixed by staff.

The excellent staff who were so friendly and helpful. Always willing to go that bit extra to ensure you enjoy your stay. The large apartment type room. The large double bed. The well appointed bathroom with large walk in shower. The swimming pool that my two young sons enjoyed. The excellent food and drinks. There are only 4 rooms in this place, but that makes it such a beautiful little gem ? of a place. We highly recommend this place if you’re in Dumaguete.

The staff were exceptional, taking note of my allergies and making sure that the kitchen for every meal was aware without me saying anything. Very accomodating and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. Got a personal visit from the owner which was so nice to have a lovely conversation with. With only 4 rooms onsite we had our own private resort.

We booked all four rooms so had the property to ourselves. The rooms were huge, clean and well appointed with modern quiet aircon, large family bathroom & comfortable beds. Lunch/dinner was exceptional, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Swimming pool was clean and warm.
Check the location is suitable for you, ideally you would need a hire car but it is along the main highway so transport is ok. The location makes it very relaxed.

The whole complex is very well maintained, it looks like paradise and we enjoyed most the pool and garden area & the great cocktails. The room was large and comfy. The sun is shining into the room with orange curtains. Amazing light! We were the only guests at that time. The staff was really helpful and did everything to make our stay memorable. The dinner was very well made, they helped us with information with closeby activities and let us feel like home!
There was an unexpected electrical power shutdown from the city gridline, which got bridged by a backup generator of the hotel. The AC was not running during this time, but it was not a big deal that evening. Again, the staff did everything to support us during this time and informed us once the main electricity got turned on.

The drive to the resort quite simply is terrible and dangerous … The road works mean if you are travelling north you have to go an extra kilometre past the resort then do a u turn to go back .. The first section of the drive is made of small boulders and extremely steep and a very sharp turn from the busy road … Our first room the air conditioner was not working properly but we were given the room next door but if this wasn’t available then there would have been an issue … Food expensive but there are cooking facilities. Very quiet and secluded place and the food was amazing, sourced from there own farms and local suppliers... If your looking for a nice romantic setting without heaps of guests this is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The rooms are massive and the bathroom was spacious with your own kitchen if you were planning a long stay
Would have to be one of my favourite places to stay in Dumaguete with only a 10 min drive to the city and it's definitely on my list of places to return too
The Owner is very friendly and the staff are fantastic

All of the things I rate high - clean, comfortable etc.
The property is AMAZING! There is a tiny patch of road when we turned off to the resort that made me worry about what I was getting myself into … but don’t let that 29 meters of bad road deter you!
