Clean and immediate check-in process and accommodating.
At breakfast, it took forever to prepare my American breakfast. Everyone else had finished theirs while I was still waiting.

Everything was perfect. The art on the walls were interesting. Compliments to the person who curated the collection. In the restaurant as well. The food was great, also. And the staff was exceptional.

Wonderful
Lovely property, clean and modern facilities in a restored building. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful and he recommended dolphin watching/sandbar trip which we did and it was great.
Food. Complaint made about my dinner, only response from restaurant and reception staff was an apology. There were around 6 kitchen staff but failure to ensure the sisig was sizzling was disappointing as it's a typical Philippino dish.
