Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Aircon was good.
The wifi was out of order for days - too long to fix. The hot water was out of order for days - too long to fix. There was no small table or chair in the room. There was no wardrobe or luggage rack.

The location since it is beside by the mall and near the terminal.
They don't have cabinet to store clothes, also no table for work station,although they have the foldable table but it is damage.

The location was excellent next to the Robinsons Mall. The staff was very frienly and accomodating to our needs. There was a restaurant attached that was convenient and inexpensive.
The room was smaller then expected and from the photos indicated on the website. There was no drawers or cabinets to put our clothes or suitcases.

It’s next to the mall the room was clean no problem there but no WiFi and no TV and did not to make it up . ??????
The TV didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was on and off for 4 days on my stay there it make things hard for me at work. I tell Go Hotel about the problem and did not but a sorry no free breakfast or cut the money down for the stay something to make it up . ????

It was clean, comfortable and everything worked (we didn't try the TV). The room had a nice view. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly.
There was a kettle, but no coffee, teabags or sugar.

I liked that the location was conveniently close to the mall, and I also appreciated the availability of hot water. However, I felt uncomfortable when some of the staff were laughing and smirking while looking in our direction. Even if the conversation wasn't about us, it came across as unprofessional and a bit disrespectful, especially in front of guests.
The room phone wasn’t working, and although the air conditioner was on, it didn’t cool the room properly. The temperature remained warm, making it difficult to rest, and we didn’t end up using the comforter because of the heat. We requested assistance, but only the guard came and adjusted the settings with the remote. Unfortunately, this didn’t fix the issue. Since we were already tired, we just decided to leave it as is. Additionally, basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste weren’t provided in the room—we had to request them at the front desk, which I found a bit unusual.

Close to Robinsons and it’s very convenient. Free parking.
Definitely needs some update. Our bathroom doesn’t have shower door so water soaks up all the way by the door. Water isn’t hot. Shower room not draining well. Bathroom sink not draining and was fixed by taking the draining plug so it’s completely open. The shower handle keeps on falling off when using shower handle. “Used the shower handle due to when using main shower, water isn’t hot. At least with shower handle, water is a bit warmer. But then again, water pressure from it was very low.
Towels are a bit old and very thin.
