I liked that the property has good location, it has a restaurant and a pool. Real value for money. I also like how its really clean and comfy at the same time. Staff are very welcoming. The place has a pleasing aesthetic. I feel like im in Italy. Its very homey and exquisite at the same time. Gabby’s bistro has excellent food as well.
I was working while travelling so i needed a good internet connection. The internet speed was only around 10mbps. Although, Smart has good reception here so it wasnt really a big problem. I also didnt like that our room was somehow connected to anther room via a locked door, our neighboring guests were so loud and kept knocking the said door. It was annoying. They also keep on moving the beds which made noise. There are a lot of chatter outside our room from some linen staff.

Loved staying here with my friend from Cebu. He had recommended this place as he had been to the restaurant a few times. We had a great time here hanging out around the pool and eating at Gabby's. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was great to have a beer on!

Really enjoyed our stay at Florentina Homes. The rooms were clean and great for the price. We ate in Gabby's Bistro and swam in the Oasis pool. I'll definitely stay again when I return to Dumaguete.

Area is OK, quite close to the airport and within walking distance to the sea and restaurants. There's restaurant and swimming pool. The staff are nice and friendly.
The whole place is a bit tired. The first room we had was tiny. View outside was the main road - constant vehicle noise through the night. The bathroom has drain smell. One good thing-we were moved to a bigger room the following day with no drain smell in the bathroom. Tired/old linens. The sheets have threads sticking out. The towels are unusable - supposed to be white, but they're far from it. Mine had holes even! They smell musty. I mentioned it to the nice lady at the desk. She gave me another one. Looked and smelt the same. I just couldn't use it, so I decided to have them laundered at the nearby laundry place instead. Pillows smell too, so i used my spare nightie to put over my pillow case. The rooms are dark and dingy. You cannot read or even see your face properly in the mirror.

The apartment was very spacious and the location ideal for our visit. Breakfast from the restaurant was hearty and tasty.
Loved our stay here but there's still room for improvement: - Reception could be a bit less grumpy especially when guests are checking in at night after a long trip. - Staff also forget to remove the bins at the foot of the stairs leading to the apartment.

The location is nearer to the airport than other hotels. The cafe downstairs, Brewedways, serves excellent coffee. My room had rustic vibes and was very cozy. I loved the warm colors of the hotel and my room. The place is also well-maintained. There's a water dispenser in the hallway so guests don't have to buy bottled water.
I wish they provided electric kettles in the rooms for those who want to boil water for coffee (I make drip coffee). The hot water from the water dispenser isn't hot enough. The TV screen is a bit too small for watching when you're on the bed. The walls are also very thin so the noise from adjacent rooms could be heard.

The room was a good size, the restaurant next door was very handy and cheap. The pool was nice and quite when I visited. They also have a laundry service. The beds had a proper blanket and the aircon was quiet. Warm shower too which is a huge plus!
Handle missing for the balcony door making it hard to close. Could hear the next room clearly through the walls. Bit of a walk to the centre and over charge for shuttle from the pier and airport, they only have the free one at certain times. Get a tricycle for much cheaper

Nice place, cozy, good restaurant, would definitely recommend as a stop over
Too nozy because of the road, could not sleep. Aircon is just under the bed so it blows right in your face. And you can't open the window because of the noise.
