Very Good
Location and beautiful place
Transportation to center of the city. Need to ride a tricycle, somewhat inconvenient

Wonderful
Staff were fantastic, the food was ok, Happy Hour was wonderful
Our room was a ways apart from the other rooms. Felt isolated. Also the property is a fair distance away from other restaurants and beaches.

Very well maintained, beautiful views, helpful staff and great amenities
Lots of tiny bugs though not a fault to the property but maybe placing more bug catchers around especially in rooms or by restaurant.

The view and the layout of the resort.
Front staff, poorly maintained, outdoor showers and foot wash were clogged, pool was dirty.

Very Good
it's a very clean and quiet place, very exclusive
transport service (jeep) going out of the vicinity is a little expensive.. 100 pesos /person , one way ... charge for scuba diving is quite high for P 4.5k/ person as compared to 2k -3k in Panagsama beach

Very nice property though a bit small compared to other resorts but staff were really nice. Very beautiful view of the sea. we got the beachfront room which was nice.
Food quality can be improved and didnt have many options as per a 4 star hotel which was a bit dissapointing. And since the place was very remote finding other food options was very difficult.

Pleasant
It was nice enough. Rooms were clean.
Lots of diving issues- first day we had bad air, terrible guide and tank were not always filled completely. No information about the place, we always had to ask to find out anything: prices, hours, shuttle, diving, etc… Most of the staff were not that good, with some exceptions. We suspect there is no manager.

Located right at dive and snorkeling. Breakfast was good, little buffet and then you order off the menu too. I had to go ti clinic one night and a staff went with me and I felt well cared for by the staff as a whole. Great snorkeling right out front. The padi certification was great experience. Definitely recommend!
Would have been nice to have the little bar/restaurant open for sunset.

Very Good
Dive centre and staff were very good
Dive sites were very good along with the hired gear
Snorkeling in free time on house reef was top quality with free kayak access and great marine life
Staff easily able to arrange alternative activities from diving such as Cannoning and Whale Shark snorkeling
Room internal furnishings could have been modernized such as bathroom.
Main restaurant area need AC and the front sunset bar area was not opened

This property is beautiful. We actually stayed an extra night because we liked it so much.
The staff are very helpful.
There is 24x7 security at the gate.
Dive classes and fees are very reasonably priced (us$85 for a beginner course, us$50 with equipment to see the sardines). On top of this, there is a reef right in front of the resort and snorkeling gear and kayaks are free to use.
The food was quite excellent, with a decent variety of Asian and western options on the menu. We ate here more than I planned, even though there are also lots of great options in the villages a short taxi ride away.
The wifi was suitable for casual personal use but I wouldn't recommend trying to do real work online here.
Fortunately I wasn't here to work!

Wonderful
The breakfast was great!
They would not let me checkout without an inspection of the room… strange! Never been treated that way. Ridiculous!

Great location, I was able to snorkel off the house reef and saw turtles, corals and lots of fish. The staff was very friendly and the grounds was very nice. Great visit!!
The only concern would be that 1 day during my 5 night stay, breakfast which was supposed to be included, wasn't. I asked about it and was told that it depends on how busy the resort is? I didn't dig anymore into it, sounded odd.

Very Good
The property itself is well maintained, staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean, bed is comfortable.
Location of property was a bit difficult to get to, with streets being very narrow and unpaved. Just grateful that our driver was familiar with the area and was able to navigate through the tight streets.

We booked last minute as we changed our itinerary. We booked a twin room and they gave us an upgrade to a double room which was unexpected and kind of them. The staff were amazing, from the reception, grounds worker, dive shop, drivers and restaurant- all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. Being able to go right out front to snorkel was a plus, we saw turtles and several fish. The drop off was cool to experience. My husband did scuba diving and enjoyed his dive. Pool and facilities were clean. When we wanted to leave the resort, the drivers would drive us to where we wanted to go.
