Wonderful
Love how big and spacious the room, love how the staff did what i request to them for my mom❤️ its really a good place stay the distance from airport is 30mins to 40mins drive but once you’re there hotel it’s really wort it , thank you guys
The only thing is i expect there will be a coffee machine maker which from booking.com i saw it as there as inclusion in the hotel ?

Housekeeping did an exceptional great job.
Front desk are not too accomodating & pleasant especially the lady in glasses. Not a visitors friendly facility. I would not recommend for a big family or big group. They dont deserved the 8.5 ratings maybe less

it exceeded my expectations!! its like you are in a home with complete facilities. if u are staying several days, this is definitely the place! plus the gaisano century mall & all other shops were just beside the hotel. variety of restaurants to choose from both inside & outside the mall & a very big supermarket. u can even cook in the hotel, they have everything u need in the kitchen & very big fridge! i did very early checkin at 7am & had to pay some amount but fair enough rather than waiting for many hours. we took a ship upon arrival & its around 15 mins without traffic from port to hotel. leaving for Mactan airport was just 30 mins from the hotel. last but not the least their staff especially ROWELL, very friendly & accomodating.

Overall, very delightful! The staff were highly professional and very well trained and welcoming. My experience was very surprising. All of the boxes checked for me. I am well travelled and have had varied experiences from lodging places. This hotel gave me a memorable one and all of them positive. I am recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Warm, friendly, comfortable, quiet and has a very convenient location for shopping, food, and other services.
Taxi availability. however, it only matters if one is averse to walking short distances. Walking only affected me when the sun was out in full force! The very helpful guard on duty did try to hail a cab for me.

We regularly stay at Sta. Barbara. It's now our go to, with our larger family. The rooms are all very spacious, and it's really well located to get to Ayala/IT park etc.

cleanliness of furniture understocked kitchen, no towels or paper towels to wipe/dry thing with. Had to use bathroom towel to wipe up spills. not wash cloths in bathroom

The guards and bellboy are respectful but the people manning the front desk barely acknowledged us. The hot shower barely worked.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had to extend my stay due to circumstances but they were able to let me extend without any issues. I chose to stay at the same hotel because of the staff, the room which felt like my home, and the location.
It's hard to think of something I didn't like but if I had to include something, it would be when there was rain, the rainfall would hit the air conditioner and it was loud. I am a light sleeper so that would have woken me up, but thankfully I was still awake and the rain didn't last long.

With a flight delay that pushed back our actual arrival, I was relieved that the front desk was attentive and quick to respond to all our needs and questions. Hats off to the service!!
That we only stayed 3 nights. Wish it was longer.

Location is superior : quiet but Mall walking distance. Big, clean room. Hotel employees will provide fantastic service! Can't beat it in the city!
