Location is best choice as it’s in the Center of the city ,cleanliness is fair
The staff who entertain us ,lack of customers service as I suppose to avail breakfast but instead of convincing me to buy at the hotel restaurant,she directly told me to just buy outside near the hotel as it’s just very cheap .She assumed from my looks that I may not be able to afford buying the hotel restaurant menus ?.

Everytime I.am at Cebu Citu I aleays booked in this hotel. Location is perfect. The staff is very accomodating. Even I come early they will kept my luggages until its time for.my check in time.

I dont like the way the staffs attend to clients. The lady in the counter is rude and un apologetic.. [the short hair lady with glasses.. healthy… The room with the sprayed freshener smelt terrible and the oily floor felt yucky.. The hotel was used to be bery pleasant and clean and homey but current stays were a bit off..

Very Nice staff.
So loud, outside noise, worst is the inside noise from the hall, doors slam like a gunshot, talking and the maids radio was always on full volume. The room and building need lots of work. Price too high for such low budget accommodations. Bad breakfast.

This hotel is super close to Cebu Pier 1 which for us was perfect! We had to get to the port for 6:15 and the hotel staff were so helpful, they arranged us breakfast to take away and a taxi too. We didn't sleep very well here as the AC was very noisy and the walls of the room were quite thin so we could hear other people's opening and closing.
