The bed was cozy the view was stunning.
The TV remotes does not have batteries, the bedsheet had tear, one chair isn’t going up, no hot shower because the heater wasn’t plugged in. The sink doesn’t have the strainer it was wide open so I accidentally dropped one of my gold earrings on the whole I can no longer recover. No scissors, plus there was a hidden charge of 200 pesos not added to the booking tax. This was my first time being disappointed in a Horizon 101 booking, should’ve stayed with the studio I used to go before.

The place is okay clean
The A/C is too small for the room, and sa foam of the bed is not comfortable very thin,and TV is old version for a smary TV.

Location and city view! Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Needs some serious maintenance. Mold in the bathroom, missing towel racks, bugs running around. (Although they did bring roach motels and spray after we let them know.) it’s a cool place but really needs updating.

A/C worked well once we were switched rooms from our original room
The shower head didnt stay on the wall and so it would hang down the whole time. Broken toilet seat, not attached to the toilet. The duvet wasnt in the duvet cover, we had to do it ourselves. Sheets didnt fit one of the mattresses. No microwave. Two double mattress put together to make up a larger size bed. Dirty spots in the room. Washer was broken. And only 2 towels for 5 days stay (2 people) including pool use..

Too crowded. There are hidden charges of 200 PHP. It wasn’t even mentioned when we messaged the owner. Sheets were smelly; they weren’t dried up enough. WiFi wasn’t working.

I never got responses from messages I sent asking who is meeting me at the property to receive my payment and to give me key..I was passed on to a bit rude guy who asked for a lot higher p1800.i told him this shud have been reflected in ur online price

Everything was great mostly. Great location the staff was friendly and it was a good spot and very affordable
However one of the electric stoves when you had it plugged it it would shock you, so l didn't use it, I had to move the microwave to be able to use it, they never would give me a trash bag after both of my trash bags was full. I asked for two days in a row for one. The other electric stove only 2 pans would work on it, the refrigerator also got way way to hot and didnt keep my food or drinks cold at all. There should be a 6 way by the refrigerator so you can use the microwave or something else should be done about it. Definitely not right that we had to move that and oh one more thing the toaster oven didnt work. I will use them again but if the same problem occurs l will leave a very bad review
