The host is not honest and you will end up paying more than what you have seen on the booking time. 1. My booking for 3 people she said this room is for 2 people. 2. My arrival time was 1 PM (as approved by them) she said I have to pay 100 Peso for early check in. 3. My Booking.com price is less but I paid more and as per her version. (she not provide me a reciept for it). 4. No shower in the bath room. 5. Bidet doesnt have the hose pipe or no tissues we have to wash with mug or there is a bucket. 5. Window Air con that went off every 4-5 hours you have to wake up from deep sleep and adjust the plug it will start again. 6. The bed head is full of dust. 7. If trash is full we have to take out to the designated area (that what the host advised us). 8.No exhaust in Bath/Toilet. 9. The tower had more lits but always crowded. 10. In recepetion area if you go before 2PM check in there are only 6 People can sit you have to stand up (as we waited for almost one hour)

Its dirty and smelly!!

1. AC was not working when i arrived, they only fixed it on the 3rd day of my stay 2. Toilet cover broken, toilet water is not clean, emiting bad smell, the mirror in the toilet was just taped with electrical tape, underwears and trash inside the vabity mirror too 3. Cockroaches roaming around 4. Kettle cracked and was replaced only on the 3rd day of my stay 5. The storage room inside is a dumpster And the WORST thing is the HOST instead of just fixing the issue, she is very rude and telling me that she was sick she dont have anyone to assist her she cannot give initiative to inform the customer ahead that the room she will be giving is NOT THE SAME ROOM BOOKED ON THE APP, SHE INSISTED THAT SHE WILL REFUBD ME AND I SHOULD TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL BECAUSE OTHER CUSTOMERS DONT COMPLAIN. She is telling me that her place is good when she herself saw it. Instead of saying sorry she is the one sarcastically showing off her wealth that she owns 39 units and all of them is always having 35 check outs per day thats why SHE DOESNT HAVE THE TINE TO CHECK THE STATUS OF HER ROOMS IF ITS CLEANED PORPERLY IF THE ITEMS ARW WORKING OR NOT. SHE DOESNT CARE BECAUSE SHE IS BUSY AND SHE TRUST THE WORDS OF HER CLEANERS. AND ON THE 3RD DAY SHE SENT HER CLEANERS TO CLEAN THEY SAW THAT ITS NIT CLEANED AT ALL EVEN THE AC MAINTENANCE SAID THE AC WAS NIT CLEANED EVERSINCE. AND THE HOST HERSELF TOLD US THAT THE ROOM SHE GAVE ME IS NOT HER ROOM BECAUSE HER ROOMS ARE ALL BOOKED ONLY 6 ROOMS IN BOOKING.COM SHE PUT BUT SHE HAS MORE. ACCORDING TO HER AND ALL OF IT IS FULLY BOOKED SO SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER ROOM. AND SHE SAID THAT IF THERE ARE CASES LIKE THAT SHE DONT NEED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER AHEAD BECAUSE NOT ALL CUSTOMER WILL NOTICE OR MIND AT ALL. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I booked for a pool view but they gave me a city view. They said they will move us but they didn't.

There are many things I didn't like about the room I booked. First, the customer service was rude. Second, there are hidden fees charged upon arrival that were not included in the fee you book online. Third, they do not give you the exact room you booked the room they give is not the one in the pictures. They give random rooms, so there is no freedom of choice. When I complained, they just told me to cancel, but they still wanted to charge me 15-20% what I paid. Since our stay in Cebu City was only for 2 days, I let it go, but I will absolutely not recommend Nica’s Place to anyone. Fourth, there is a disgusting smell when entering the room. The bathroom also smells like sewage, and the smell won't go away even with the exhaust fan on. Lastly, the place was not clean. If you look closely, there is black mold in the bathroom, cockroaches everywhere, and a lot of trash under the bed I even saw a diaper. The furniture is damaged and definitely not aesthetic. It is definitely not worth it.

The staff woke me up at 6:55am huge knocking bang on my door while im still experiencing jet lag and couldnt sleeo well. And when i ask for the price keeps giving me different amount.

There is a lever in the shower to adjust the water pressure. Wish the staff would have shown me that. I discovered the leaver on the last day of my stay

Cockroach crawling in the sink and lavatory area.. Air-conditioned is not cold enough and needs proper repair, small room just enough space for 2 persons,
