We didn’t get the room that was advertised online (supposed to be on 37th floor) but at the end it worked out because we ended up with a balcony room on the 32nd floor. The location is fantastic, coffee shop, 7 eleven and many restaurants in the area, very central.
The host should be the one paying the 200 pesos for the ‘move in form’ extra charge, nowhere in the booking said that she was going to charge us extra money so it took us by surprise when she requested extra payment. The toilet didn’t work at all, it flushed 20%, it was a mess. The bed sheets had a strange odor and the couch needs to be replaced, its just wood no cushions. The shower water wasn’t even close to being warm.

There's a lot of Cockroaches and the bed is dirty the pillow smells like someone else's body odor that was gross that's probably the worst Airbnb I've been to and probably didn't even change the sheets.

Pool looked nice but was closed the one day we were there. Closed all Tuesdays.

shower worked like something from the Flintstones. Small bugs are constantly in the unit. You can’t lay your food down for five minutes without bugs being on it.

The view from the back of the taxi when I was leaving.
The noise, kids, families, music, dogs barking, chickens, ( I was on the 45th floor) The room looked nothing like the pictures. The internet was close to useless. 4 big floor tiles came up over an inch above the floor just suddenly one afternoon, thought it was an earthquake, nearly gave me a heart attack, I was "reassured" that apparently the foundation of the building is poor so it moves all the time. I felt totally unsafe there The host was rude and very slow in her response eventually offering me another room which was even worse than the first room and the elevator didn't stop on that floor so I had to use the stairs, that was the last straw and checked out a week early. Have contacted Booking.com three times over the week and not a single reply, so my review includes how useless they are too. Two reviews for the price of one
