This is a safe, predictable and perfectly budget option. It is ideal for travelers who prioritize costs , but not recommended for anyone looking for a memorable vacation lodging experience. overall great if you need something quick, cheap and relatively safe.
little touches of hospitality would have been greatly appreciated, though definitely not required. touches like a bottle of water here or there, maybe some cups, water kettle etc. but again not required.

I arrived at 4am and had to wake up the security guard, what kind of security can he provide sleeping? The air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work properly because the filter was too dirty, we had to empty the trash cans ourself and the bag was left outside the rooms for 2 days. the TV in one of the rooms did not work.

It was near to bus terminal since we are going to moalboal that time its walking distance like 10min walk
Cockroach, very small twin bed, loud AC , No signal of Wifi and shower was not working very well

Good value for money. The room was basic but it was clean. All facilities were in working condition (toilet flushed, shower had good pressure).
The location is also very convenient for me as it is near where I need to be. Also not too far from Elizabeth Mall and Colon Street.
I asked for a non smoking room and I'm glad that they adhered to my request. I stayed in Room 1, the first room on the ground floor.
Since it was on the ground floor, it can be noisy with people coming in and out.
Tbe blankets were thin so didn't really keep you warm in the middle of the night with the aircon on.

The air on was nice, our room had a lot of space, they provide towels.
We felt quite unsafe there the interior wasn’t that nice our window had a big hole and the wall also.
