Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This unit has a hidden charge/security deposit amounting 1,000 PHP which was not mentioned on the booking details. Absolutely disgusting stay. The room was filthy, stains on the sheets, and worst of all — BEDBUGS. I woke up covered in bites. This place is a health hazard. Not even close to what was advertised online. This unit was nothing like the pictures. The room smelled horrible, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long, and I found bedbugs in the mattress. Walls also has CRACKS due to latest earthquake. Lacking amenities, TV has no remote. CABINET is broken and has termites.

Aside sa kulang2x nga utensils, bahong iro nga cr, and walay wifi - madala ra jud unta ni ug agwanta kung wala lang mi gipa dugang ug charge ug extra. First time gipa-charge mis isa namo ka kiddo bisag declared sa booking??!! First stayed from a bigger room kay daghan mi then extended for another night same unit-owner pero ofc adto namis smaller room because it's only me, my hubby and kiddos who all are declared while booking. Booked with 1 King Bed, 1 futon, 1 sofa bed but ang gihatag 1 double bed ra! They agreed to transfer us to another room with the listed facilities in booking ONLY if we pay ADDITIONAL sa among kiddo who is obv declared sa booking. Hasul na kung daghan pa reklamo so go nalang. We understand lesser nalang or gamay ra ang rent fee here in Booking specially kay multiple times na mi ga book here and it's our advantage or prize nga makakuha mig discounts within the app maong gamay nalang ang bayrunon. Not our fault. Si Booking dapat imo gipanubag Ma'am, para dili mo mahimong bati sa mata sa customers. Na useless among hinaguang makuha nga discount kay nagpa extra charge ka outside sa app. If you can't keep up sa app, why not dili nalang gamiton.

Very poor room!!!we did not expect that kind of room.We are very uncomfy in the bed and also we use blanket and pillows that is not good conditions very unclean..plus the tv is not working and the shower,poor hygine!!!! Veryvery uncomfy place. #Reality vrs expectations?????

There was no dishwashing soap provided in the kitchen, the closet was broken, and the actual room looked different from the photos online.

The place was VERY DIRTY when we arrived. We had to call the lady back to clean the toilet because it was really really dirty (the toilet flush wasn’t working), the bathroom was so stinky even after cleaning because there was something wrong with the plumbing. The sheets were so thing. We booked the room for 3 pax but it was only set up for two. Two pillows, two towels. There was a sofa bed that you can open but there’s no sheet, blanket and pillow case. The pillow was so dirty.

The property was not good, and we were not given blankets and towels.

The room was not ready yet when we arrived. Towels were given when requested only and were not even presentable to be used. No blanket was given to one of the guests

Sudden cancellation of my booking.

Theres alot of cockroach in the room, there is only 1 window ac, so the one staying in living room didn't sleep well. Over all, the rooms need maintenance. But the staff is accommodating.
