Very Good
Comfortable place for my week stay. In a good neighborhood with lots of restaurants near. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Full kitchen and comfortable bed. Can recommend a stay here. Would stay again.
Location is good, near the Tech area. But the residence itself is at the end of a dead-end road. To reach the rest of the area, you have to walk all the way around the neighborhood, which is a 15-20 minute walk... just to reach the start of the area.

The place is really nice, the room/suite itself is pretty amazing. The place is super clean and calm during the night.
The area is super quiet and safe!
The only issue that I found is that the AC engine is installed in the same wall in where you sleep. The noise as you can imagine is HUGE. So time to time you need to stop the AC if the noise bothers you

the place is nice, it has everything you need for an extended stay.
it’s actually in a good location in terms of proximity to IT Park and the malls but the privatization of streets makes what could be a 5 min walk across the block to access the tourist areas more like a 30-45 min walk.

Staff was friendly and helpful when help was needed.
Spent a week there and Only changed the bedding once and only cleaned once… after the second time I asked them to do it!!
Also, only used the towels for drying ourselves (which they never changed out) then kept my 1000 peso deposit because they claimed they were stained! (Btw, the towels couldn’t have cost them more than 100-200 pesos brand new!)

People, facilities, etc
We stayed here about a week and they only changed the bedding once and had to ask twice before cleaning the place (on the last day) *the first time we asked it was to the Housecleaner that changed our bedding, she said they would do it the next day. Nobody came, so at a later date we asked one of the hostesses at the front counter and they promptly sent someone up. (So this was partially our fault! We should’ve asked at the front counter originally.)

The bathroom was not very clean, the sink was clogged, the location was far from the main street, and the security guards were arrogant.
