The night receptionist girl was very attentive and brought us a blanket to the room when requested. Very friendly.
The room is very small and the distribution makes it feel like there's wasted space. Most of the staff is very neutral, not a single smile did we get from them.

Great modern facilities especially the bathrooms and fantastic location. Liked accessible water refills in the hallways. We didn't try the restaurant/cafe but the menu looked good and would definitely come back and also try the food!
There were ants in the room despite it being a very clean space and despite us not bringing any food into the room either as we ate out. Be wary of bringing any food items in as this may worsen the ant situation!

near Chong Hua Hospital. i came to visit and its very close.
bathroom was not cleaned well. a bit gross ✌️ the room has that smirky wet smell upon entering. in my 4 days stay. electricity cut off twice. we have to wait for it to start upon checking out because we cannot take our luggages down. that was a bit convenience because it took 30 mins that morning for the electricity to get revived

The location was good for walking to food and malls. The staff worked hard to have a clean and well-run hotel.
It was clean. The bed was ok.
There is a water bottle in the hallway to fill up your personal bottle.
The room was very small. It you are travelling with large suitcases, it would be an issue.
Breakfast was really difficult for us as vegan - we had only rice and bread with some fruit. Not ideal

Great experience with a convenient location and delicious breakfast. The staff was very accommodating to my request for a lower-level room. Although the hot water could have been warmer. The comfortable bed, clean room, and proximity to shops, dining, and cafés made my stay enjoyable. An excellent spot for solo female travelers, with friendly staff!

Overall the hotel is good. Receptionist were very helpful also the doorman at night was exceptional.
The sink in the bathroom was a bit far from the faucet so it causes us so much water to the floor. Also there is no hair dryer in the room.
