The room actually perfect
There's an admin fee payment 200 pesos that out of my knowledge because it is not showing in the booking.com website. No one tell me that there is 200 additional charges/ hidden fees when they already texted me and emailed me. The lady who assisted me is so rude. Shouting at me in the lobby for 200 additional pesos not evenly telling it nice and professional. Even though I can pay it the lady is so rude and not professional to work with. Lastly, I extended 3 hours because my flight is 6pm and someone already picked and pictured the payment I made around 11 am in the morning, but again around 12 noon the lady that was rude is there telling me it's time to get out, I told here I already paid for the said extension 3hours , so again she rudely ask again for the screenshot of the payment that I sent. Very unprofessional. The place is recommendable but the staff is very unprofessional.

4. Unexpected additional charges which was not discussed during booking process (200 management fee + 100 cleaning fee), I don't mind paying but it should be discussed or at least be known before confirming the booking

I love the place though, but can you atleast upgrade a little bit with your kitchen utensils ( i mean it's rusty and damaged already).
can you atleast upgrade a little bit with your kitchen utensils ( i mean it's rusty and damaged already). Upon entering the room i can see that the room wasn't properly clean. It has wipe marks and also i keep on sneezing upon opening the curtains. You can do better in cleaning. The staff aren't so welcoming though.

Nice view from the 27th floor.
Rusty and old facillities at the kitchen
The room doesn't clean properly, there's 4 elevators that are really slowly to get to each floor.
There is no hot water at the shower.
And worst of all, there were cockroaches and insects all over the room at night.
Couldn't stay there after the first night ?
