BED BUGS!! The host would not refund me for my last night when I found bed bugs and bed bug bites on my leg! It seems fancy because it is a high rise building but the pictures do not show the reality. I had to pay for another place AND pay to have all my laundry done again because they can get into your clothing and luggage. It was such a pain and they acted like they deal with this all the time and didn't care. She offered to change rooms but couldn't trust that all the rooms weren't infested with bed bugs and roaches. Another person was there at the front desk at the same time to complain about the roaches too.

good location but staff are rude only hotel iv ever been to that i could not check in with my booking refrance. was asked to change rooms after 3 hours. 2nd room was not clean and TV did not work. got 3rd room after comlaining.
i think there are scams going on renting out what should be long stay condo room to tourists. i had a couple trying to enter my room after being given same room key as mine. so your stuff is not secure

Good location. Good Wifi for my needs just general browsing.
The host that meets you is not very welcoming. They have multiple rooms so there’s a huge range of what you might get some good some not as good. Pillow had a sweaty smell.

No hassle during check-in; key was available upon assistance from an acquaintance.
Room had several unpleasant sights and smell. Shower are had very dusty exterior metal base; flusher of the toilet bowl had corrosion that's turning blue-green (sign that it had not been cleaned for a while), plastic dipper was very dirty and collecting mold (I had to clean it), plaster that connects sink to wall had mold (yaiks!), pots' bottoms were dirty -- blackened and burnt, the small pot did not have a cover and handle was very loose (I had to borrow a screwdriver from Michelle to tighten the screw), several plates had chipped edges, spoons and forks had chipped plastic-covered handle. I can go on and on.

They charge 200 pesos for reception. Booling.com not say it, renter not say it. Just confront u prize plus 200. Bad assistance and have cockroaches in the room

Comfortable bed, good shower, and a well-equipped mini kitchen.
Bed cover had a wet laundry smell that stayed during our stay
