I love the place though, but can you atleast upgrade a little bit with your kitchen utensils ( i mean it's rusty and damaged already).
can you atleast upgrade a little bit with your kitchen utensils ( i mean it's rusty and damaged already). Upon entering the room i can see that the room wasn't properly clean. It has wipe marks and also i keep on sneezing upon opening the curtains. You can do better in cleaning. The staff aren't so welcoming though.

Nice view from the 27th floor.
Rusty and old facillities at the kitchen The room doesn't clean properly, there's 4 elevators that are really slowly to get to each floor. There is no hot water at the shower. And worst of all, there were cockroaches and insects all over the room at night. Couldn't stay there after the first night ?

To use the pool, you would have to go to the lobby and request a ticket/wrist band in order to use it. However, The staff were very unwelcoming to say the least.

Unit is dirty, no soap, no shampoo, unit smells bad, towels are old and have holes on it, bed is not comfortable and pillow covers not changed smells terrible

Everything, the room is not clean. There’s a lot of cockroaches. The bed smells so bad and it’s really not comfortable. The power socket is also broken. The comfort room doesn’t have a bidet there’s no service water and the towels are so ugly, and also the statf is not accommodating they knocked on the door 10 PM. I was sleeping and keep on knocking even though I don’t response they don’t know that time people are resting :/
